Nice house in a good location.

The house was nice and I would totally stay there again. Good separation of living space and bedrooms. For the most part, I would say it had most of the items you would expect for a vacation rental. The ping pong table in the garage was a hit with our family and there was a great supply of board games also. Having the SHARC passes was a big deal for us and was one of the reasons why we chose the house. It was a really good location to access many of the amenities of Sunriver. The only suggestion I would make to the owner is to provide a snow shovel for guests to use, also it would be a good idea to let potential guest know that they should plan to bring their own wood/kindling to use the fireplace.

Everything we expected in more

We enjoyed our stay tremendously at this location. The good things about this house were one, location on a quiet street, two, a children’s room with games and toys, three, a well equipped kitchen, four, a light and airy upstairs living space, five, a location within walking distance of the SHARC pool(twenty minutes), six, three bicycles and helmets, seven, a clean and functional house. The only criticism I have is that this house might be difficult for people with mobility issues. There are stairs one needs to use to enter the house as well as stairs between the living space and the bedrooms. There were five of us staying in the house, four adults and one child,, in the space worked well for us.

There are better Sunriver homes.

This is our family’s 7th trip to Sunriver and was the least we enjoyed a house. Our family still had a nice time, but this house definitely misses. So many things missing. No hot tub as the listing states. The grill was a single unit camping grill that had grease caked on and no propane. 2/3 bikes broken. W/d was unusable due to heavy mold. Cords and cables everywhere. Just not a great experience. If you get this house super cheap, it may be worth it, otherwise find something better.
