“Wasn’t sure what to expect but this place was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, and nice employees. I would stay here again for sure.”

“The room was not cleaned and the shower head was broken And I'm not here to complain, but overall, that hotel needs a lot of work to update the amenities.”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”

“Shower had hair everywhere. Trash on floor. Dusty on tables. Toilet barely flushed. Was only allowed to have one pillow. Staff acted like I was an annoyances not a customer.”

“The hotel looks like it might be starting some remodeling. Maybe new windows. Carpeting really needs replaced. Very disappointed in the bathroom. We really wanted a bathtub but there was no plug. Room overall clean and bed comfortable. We really just wanted a bath and bed. Bed did not disappoint.”

“When asked about the pool, staff said there is no pool even with me standing at the pool door with my two kids. The breakfast wasn't actually available. Staff was rude when asked about anything. Black mold in the windows and heater/ac unit. The door latch lock was broken off the door to our room and when asked for a new one or a new room the desk lady tried refusing at first too saying it would be done tomorrow to anything I said it was done later that day as they didn't want to move us. “I called the property to see if they had a room on the main level as I'm in a wheelchair and unable to do stairs. The person who stated that they were infact in the Davenport hotel said that they had 1 room left on the main floor. We arrived at the hotel less than 30 minutes later and booked a room through Expedia. I go inside and had to call for the attendant to come to the front desk--it was 10 pm and we were exhausted. The guy asked me what I wanted and I said I had a reservation. He said……

“Room was clean One bed cover had a burned cigarette hole in it. Room smelled like mold. Broken AC controls cover. Lobby very dark. Location very far from eberything. Check in was painful. Lost the reservation that we've made a month in advace and pre-paid via Expidia. Tried to charge us again ! Had to put a $ 105.00 deposit for room and key that we think was a scam. “Fun place”

“Upon check-in the key maker was broken so everyone had to be escorted to their room, which made the process slow. Also, we were stuck in our rooms until they got keys made. (No back-up key maker, I was told.) It was storning outside so we were glad to see the signs that the restaurant/bar opened at 4. At 4:30, we were told that the bartender was on national guard duty that weekend, so they weren't opening. (Only 1 employee runs the restaurant/bar, 7 days a week? National guard weekend duty is……

“Parking is easy and secure. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Food at the connecting restaurant is very good. Within walking distance to the Vibrant Arena.”

“The room was clean and well appointed. My only complaint is that someone entered my room to clean while I was out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Super convenient to the arena next door and plenty of food options within walking distance. There is a lot of road construction all around the hotel but it wasn’t too difficult to navigate around. They apparently charge a parking fee that wasn’t disclosed but I wasn’t charged at the end?”
