We stayed in cabin 1 with our 14 and 2 year old The little one spilled some water on the floor and we wiped it up with some toilet tissue and saw that the floor was actually quite dirty so the cleaners need to be informed to rinse the mop head more often please the couch was good the beds were good ...

Our stay got off to a bumpy start when the door key could not be extracted and we were moved to another room. That aside, the room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the amenities adequate for an overnight stay.

酒店地理位置非常方便，市中心购物吃饭都很近，很古老的一个酒店，古色古香，还曾经是查尔斯王子和戴安娜王妃光顾过的酒店，除了没有停车位不是很方便，但是旁边有个一天8澳元的停车场可以停车，对于这个性价比，这点停车费不算什么

Doors are not sound proofed
The rooms are not sound proof, so it was noisy when other hotel guests get in and out of their rooms, or even passed by while talking. We were woke up by other guests who checked out early around 6am.

酒店有新建的部分和旧的Mortel两部分。我们住在了Mortel的房间。后面就是铁路。设施比较陈旧，和照片比不一致，有点失望。
