“We stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time, though this time the room we were given was very small for 2 people compared to the one we stayed last year; other than this, we stayed enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast; also it is close walking distance to the beach and 15 minutes drive to Palma old town.”

“Hotel is not accurately depicted through its photos. Arrived at hotel and had to cancel my stay due to lack of cleanliness in room and resort, spa out of order and looks completely different than what photos show”

“Hotel und Anlage sehr sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen gut mit viel Auswahl. Handtücher Wechsel jeden Tag. Handtücher für Pool bzw. Strand jeden 2. Tag wechseln. Personal beim Essen freundlich, aber um Punkt 10:30 wird die Kaffeemaschine ausgestellt, kurze Zeit später sogar auch das Licht im Raum, echt frech! Spa Bereich super und sauber, Sauna, Dampfsauna, großer Whirlpool, vier Aroma Duschen und Liegen zum entspannen.”

“Very nice breakfast but only start at 8:00 am only. Unable to have it as we have morning flight to leave at 9:30. Overall service is good and parking is convenience.”

“We really liked our stay, the food was good and the location of the hotel is perfect”

“El hotel está divino, pero la atención está en otro nivel. Diría que es el hotel que mejor atienden de Europa. El personal de todo el hotel está volcado para que el cliente esté cómodo y contento.”

“Great location, great breakfast, beautiful remodel room”

“Staff were so helpfully! Good breakfast buffets, Belen and Lena were on top of everything to make sure breakfast runs smoothly. It’s a beachfront property with many restaurants and bars around. Bus to the city are around the corner. They let us stay on the pool/beach after check out and they have a courtesy room for guests to shower if needed after check out. Will definitely recommend this hotel.”
