It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast……

“Jerusalem Gate Hotel is conveniently located in Jerusalem for business and job. Not a fancy hotel with a lot of facilities, but nice staff, good bed, ok network and a gym. Whether you are on government business, need to go to Tel Aviv or want a stroll to the Old City, this location is the best. ”

“Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.”
