Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We are extremely disappointed with what happened today. When we arrived at the hotel location, we discovered that the hotel did not even appear to exist, and the contact number provided was unreachable. We believe Expedia should take responsibility for this situation. We trusted Expedia because of its worldwide reputation, expecting our booking to be genuine and reliable. This experience has been extremely frustrating and has made us feel that we have been scammed. We expect Expedia to investigate this matter urgently and provide an appropriate resolution, including a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We trusted Expedia because of its worldwide reputation, but this experience has seriously damaged our trust. I expect an urgent response and a proper resolution to this matter. I raised this complaint on 19th October, but I have still not received any response from Expedia. 😡
