One of the worst run hotels I've been too.
The staff here are very unhelpful. I can't reach them via the phone in the room. There was no answer for 24 room service even though they said there would be st the front desk. The wifi kept dropping in my room. The toilets in the lobby were disgusting and unhygienic. The gym is only open at certain hours. Within 5 mins of checking in the power on the floor shut down. Buffet dinner and breakfast were expensive and not good quality.

Very very weird management. They are so weirdly strict that it feels like they are misbehaving with us . The staff literally stopped my female friend to go to my room and change for her airport attire as she had flight in 2 hours . Very bad management. Its a useless 5 star . Pool you cant use . Spa they dont have staff for that . Breakfast timings are so strict that they wont even give you a plate if time is 10:31 am . You will struggle alot to get a room keycard once you left it in your room . PATHETIC MANAGEMENT. Feels like all internee have been appointed as head managers and they are ruining hotels name . Please hire someone whos sweet and mature !

Excellent Business Hotel
Great for business stay. Spacious room and complimentary WiFi with good speed. One of the best breakfast buffet spread I ever had. Only one issue, I felt laundry was priced too high. Other than that everything else is excellent.

I got downgraded for my first night while arriving at the hotel without any sort of compensation. The next day I was asked to change rooms but my room was still not available. After keeping me waiting for 20 minutes like an idiot (probably to call 100 managers) I was upgraded to a higher room. Finally in the second room I had I could hear something scraching in the wall of my room. both sides of this wall were in my room so I imagine there was something inside like a rat or a mouse. I could also see some small insects on the tea service... In other words this hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel! Breakfast is mediocre with a terrible coffee

Good value
This is a pretty nice property. It’s upscale, although showing its age. The staff is professional and quite accommodating. It’s priced accurately until you factor in the complimentary breakfast at which point it becomes a really good deal. Any Indian breakfast food imaginable is on the buffet. And then you have Western options (pancakes, omelettes etc.) made to order. Plus bottomless cappuccino or lattes. Location isn’t perfect but if you just want to escape for a few days, this is the place.

very disappointed
booked 2 rooms at this particular hotel for the swimming pools and spa. All out of service. Hotels should clearly state that these facilities will be closed during bookings. I would have booked another hotel if I new this beforehand and it would have been much convenient and cheaper.

Staff were good and for the price the hotel was OK. But everything was a little dated and worn. Gym certainly needs updating, rooms smelled fusty and damp. Food OK Probably wouldnt stay again and pay the extra £20 per night for one of other 5* hotels close by.

The Hotel was located very close to my family
Overhaul we had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel. All the staff from the doorman, ushers, cleaners, restaurant, main reception were very friendly and courteous throughout our stay. They made sure my wife was well looked after throughout the 9 days. Upon request they accommodated a stool for my wife in the shower room. The room was kept clean and tidy and well facilitated for drinks and snacks. The Christmas Brunch was a treat for our son and wife especially the grand children.

Nice hotel, the worst service ever!
When I arrived at the hotel it seemed like it was a great decision to choose that hotel. We got there around 11pm and the check in was fast and the lady very kind and gentle...at least it seemed great at that moment. When I reached my room it smelled like an ashtray even though I booked a non smoking room. When I complained they said not to worry that they will call me in 10 mins to let me know about a room change, they didn’t call me. I had to call and a different person said the same to me, again didn’t call. I went downstairs and got my new room. When I got there it was close to midnight, the room was dirty and the phone didn’t work. I complained and demanded a new room. They made me wait for another 45 mins but nobody approach me to explained. When I demanded to talk to the manager he acknowledged that I was sent to a smoking room although I booked a non-smoking. They didn’t even care to ask whether I was ok with it or not. At the end, I had to go to the dirty room because they didn’t solved anything (I really doubt they tried). I went to bed at around 130am. Next day the phone started blinking and bipping without any apparent cause, that woke me up. I reported it at around 8am. When a I returned to the hotel after being out for the entire day they haven’t solved the issue. I reported it again, and one employee told me that it was working ok; false. I talked to the manager and they pretended to fix it at that time, 1030pm. I had to unplug the phones to sleep.

Hotel is in quite location, but not walkable to near by places. Staff is very courteous but constant lacking in details. So many times my key access to the club lounge was missing. Hotel was in middle of selling to new management but staff still kept their professional approach. Breakfast was great but again service details were missing . We stay in the executive suite but one of the sliding door did not close properly
