「this is my third time to stay in this hotel. It's clean, convenient, the good is food, the staff are all very kind and willing to provide assistance. Definitely will recommend to stay. 」

「There is ample scope of improvement considering the brand name associated with it. The facilities and room fittings/furniture can be upgraded. The floor carpet has a stale stink and needs up gradation. The washroom drains are very slow (almost clogged) and the toiletries are quite basic. The food buffet layout is average and does not match the high price charged. Overall: an average experience」
