Really friendly staff and service.
Rooms were very clean.
Breakfast at the trinity restaurant was sub-par, infact one of the days they served spoilt food.
I have stayed at The Taj in other locations and this one in Bangalore needs to do a lot of improvement particularly with "food" and noise for the guests.

Excellent customer service, All staff were always ready to help. To name some Ningaraju in concierge went out of way to provide transport for our day trips as well as pick up and drop off to the airport. Our driver Nirmal was excellent and knowledgeable.Anshu provided excellent service during our morning buffet. She was very helpful. As well as Taj rep Vellu at the airport made our departure at the airport was very helpful and organised our departure smoothly and promptly. I will recommend visitors visiting Bengaluru to Taj MG Road- excellent facilities and makes your stay enjoyable. Great buffet breakfast.
