Nightmare with this hotel.

Heavy noise pollution during night until 1am in the mid-night. The heavy disco like base noise from the restaurant nearby is obvious, noise isolation is a nightmare. Also the talking voice from the room next to is also obvious. The service is not good where I am already confirmed checked out but was suddenly call me from my cab to just a signature, I have to leave all my stuff in the uber cap which caused me feel unsafe. Very not recommended for this hotel.

Excellent service !

Being a foreign vegetarian, I didn't know much about India food while having breakfast so couldn't enjoy food on day 1, but the staff in Resturant especially thanks to Ms. Saumya Dubey for her great arrangement on absolute delicious vege food for me. Very excellent service I have experienced. Will certainly come back and stay again in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vivanta by Taj on Residency Road. The central location, nestled in the heart of the city, made it exceptionally convenient for exploring local attractions, shopping centres, and dining options. Everything was within walking distance, which added to the overall experience. The service at the hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Prince and Sanjay, who provided outstanding assistance throughout my stay. Their professionalism and attentiveness ensured that I felt welcomed and valued. I stayed at Vivanta by Taj on three separate occasions, each time for one night as stopovers between my travel destinations. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay. The variety and quality of the food were truly impressive, catering to all tastes and dietary needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was delightful. Special thanks to Rajesh and Jayden, who accommodated my early departure for a flight by ensuring I had breakfast before leaving. I stayed at this property again in between my trip in India. This has become a stop point between trips. Again the hotel were very hospitable and couldn’t do enough. They were all very attentive and the room was well appointed. The breakfast was delicious too. I would be finitely stay here again as it is also in such a convenient location too.

I stayed for my first night of three here as have 3 booking. This property is amazing and location too. I scored 4* for cleanliness as the room was quite dusty with some areas with a layer of dust. I mentioned this to the hotel and whilst I was out for the evening the hotel bent over backwards and ensured my room was cleaned again to a high standard so hopefully on my next stay in a few days it will score 5* The location is amazing with so much nearby and nothing more than 10-15 minutes walk away or less. The food here is amazing and service received from Rajesh at breakfast was outstanding. I want to mention Prince who ensured our stay was perfect and Sanjay from concierge who has been really helpful in holding a couple of items for me so I do not have to carry it everywhere I go. I definately recommend this place and this place will be my first choice when I teval to Be galley again. However I am already returning twice again within the next couple of weeks.

Good clean and business friendly

Good stay for 9 days during an extended business trip. Breakfast was great and the room service food was excellent. However I was not impressed by the onsite restaurant. The service was terrible and the food was not something to write home about.

Central, comfortable hotel near MG Road

A conveniently located hotel near MG road and Brigade rd shops. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially housekeeping team led by Suresh. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and have mini fridge which is convenient. Breakfast variety is fantastic- enjoyed the freshly cooked options, clear veg soup, soy milk and yakult to keep stomach healthy. The only disappointing part of the stay was the airport transfer - which I booked in advance but never showed up. Apparently it was an issue between hotels.com and the hotel itself - which no one seemed to take responsibility for - but it left me waiting unnecessarily at airport until I had to organise another vehicle myself. Not the best experience after travelling on plane(s) for 22hrs prior.

Amazing experience

Beautiful property with old times charm. Owner is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lounge for work or relaxation and a small garden with fruit trees. Breakfast was superb, best I’ve experienced in Italy. Location is great, close to main attractions
