「Staff did not inform us what we needed to know, especially when we asked for the laundry service. At first, we are advise that we have to do it on our own but din not inform us that's we should buy the detergent soap 」

「When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. 「To be honest this was one of the most relaxing places i have ever been in many years of travelling . The host and owner Clinton was amazing extremly friendly and helpful with tour information and places to see . The apartment was very clean and accomadating with the massive bonus of a great kitchen with all appliances included .
