The apartment is legally registered in the Ministry of Housing. to 5 of the town. It consists of 1 closed terrace with sea views and ideal orientation to live all year round. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen-living room with Italian model sofa bed that transforms into a 135 x 190 bed, and dining room. Equipped and furnished, conditioned to live all year round and surrounded by services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops ....
The common areas have a swimming pool, green area, swings, doorman year-round, garbage collection service, pleasant and quiet neighborhood.
The price includes parking space in a closed parking area
A 5 minute walk away is the Eurosol shopping area, with supermarket, beaches, restaurants and everything you need to spend a dream vacation in it.
Bus stop just in front and train station 5 minutes by car.
