The Space:
Blinds, 3 air conditioners (cooling/heating) - one in the main bedroom, one in the living room, and another in the attached apartment. 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and another with a bathtub). Fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, microwave, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, and coffee maker. TV in the living room, complimentary Wi-Fi available. Private pool and beautiful views from any of its terraces. Bed sizes: 2 single beds (90cm x 190cm) and 2 double beds - one (150cm x 190cm) and the other (135cm x 190cm).
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around. On the day of departure, we will return to check the condition of the house and charge the electricity.
The Neighborhood:
As for the location, our villa is situated in a peaceful and sunny residential area in Benidoleig, a village with views of the Segaria mountain and nearby mountain ranges. Just a 15-minute drive away, you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area. And if you are a golf enthusiast, you will find golf courses nearby in Oliva and La Sella.
Other Things to Note:
Electricity is charged according to actual consumption at 0.30 €/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid. Bed linen and towels are not provided. The use of the internet is free of charge. Television is available in 4 languages: Spanish, English, German and French.
Optional services:
