“Having stayed in a Barcelo Hotel sometime ago , I wasn't surprised to find that we had chosen the right hotel in the right location. Our room was spotless , it was superbly decorated and appointed . The bed was super comfortable , it was two single beds pushed together, but it was fine . Huge TV , Super huge shower and bathroom area. Breakfast this morning was literrally the best i have had in any hotel . it catered for so many cultures and tastes . There was nothing missing, the honey straight……

“Se nota que es un hotel reformado y esta muy bien, excepto las habitaciones individuales, al menos la asignada, pues el colchon estaba deformado y olía bastante mal. Lo compensa la amabilidad de todo su personal. Cuando terminen de reformar esa parte, será casi un 4*”

“The hotel is situated right in the centre of the old town. It's up an incline, which can be a bit of an issue if you're not fit (or you're drunk). The room was spotless, basic, although no hot drinks station (you can get one at the bar downstairs) or ironing facilities. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and will do anything they can to help you out. Only one power socket in the room (additional one in the bathroom), so make sure you consider this when booking.”

“Clean and tidy. Close to the old town, Parque Elche and Poniente beach. We received a text on WhatsApp from Chorrol apartments with the codes for entry and the key box. Very tiny lift, just about squeezes 2 people in. 180kg max. But reliable. It is spacious and has everything we need. Includes hob, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Sleeps up to four. A comfortable double and a single bed in the one bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge. Shower room……

“El mejor hotel que he estado. La entrada nos la hizo Mariví creo que se llama. Encantadora simpática y gestionó la botella. La habitación muy bien, y el buffet de lo mejor que he visto. La.bebida gratuita en el buffet que no lo he visto en ningún otro hotel. Un diez en todo y volveré siempre que pueda. Los camareros del buffet siempre muy atentos.”
