Playa Poniente: Comfortable apartment block "Velazquez", 8 storeys. In the resort 800 m from the centre of Benidorm, in a busy, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach, road to cross. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking space n 58 at the house at 200 m. Dimension: height 250 cm width 500 cm. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Armada espanyola 13" 15 m, railway station "Benidorm" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Terrra Mitica 8 km, Terra Natura 8 km, Aqualandia 11 km, Mundomar 11 km, Alicante 43 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 57 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Restricted area, contact the office of Interhome Benidorm to register vehicle. Elevator under construction, not in operation.
