Winter Break

Excellent, well equipped apartment with a fantastic view and quiet location.Quiet pleasant area with facilities close by, including lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket.Poniente beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a walkway alongside the beach that takes you to the lively Levante beach areaThe host Maite is really pleasant and helpful and is quick to respond to any queries we had.During our Winter stay the weather was much better than we ever expected, which allowed us to go to the beach most days.I would certainly recommend to family and friends and as such we have already secured the apartment for next Winter.

Absolutely tremendous

A great find, amazing view and cosy environment, rocking chairs to sit by the window. The owner was very helpful continuously available to contact if necessary. Any messages were answered quickly. The owner helped to make our entry time easier as we were arriving very early. She also provided a lot of useful information to what was in the area and how to get to places. Her helping staff were great to receive us and made the process very simple showing us the apartment and getting the appropriate forms filled. The apartment felt very homely Everything was available in the house , iron, coffee maker , towels bedding etc. Anything youā€™d expect to have at home, and it has a lovely wee Spanish feel to it. Showers were great and plenty of room for a family if required.Elevator was always in smooth operation and the reception into the apartment block is stunning. The apartment is close by two beaches, Finestrat beach offers more romance. 10 minutes walk takes you to hotel Bali which offers entertainment. The cost varies between pubs but never thought it was overpriced. The owner offers continued support during your stay and we were never let down.We enjoyed it so much .Buses into the further away beach runs every 20 minutes and if you get a pass from the driver put tenner on it then itā€™s 0.70 for journey if you donā€™t get a pass itā€™s ā‚¬1.60. Absolute pleasure staying at this accommodation. Gracia

Fantastic apartment in ideal location

We had a weeks holiday in the apartment which was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was immaculately clean and ideally located in the heart of old Benidorm. The views from the apartment were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped and the size of the apartment was perfect for the 3 of us staying. I would highly recommend this apartment and I will most definately return soon. Many thanks for allowing us to stay.

A lovely bright and clean apartment, all you need for a stay is in the flat. Maite was always available via email. Poniente Beach is beautiful and well kept. Thank you Maite would book again. And thanks to Paco as well.

lovely apartment with fabulous view and great location. no aircon tho this wasnt required as breeze on sixth floor was enough. not very good for anyone with limited mobility as many stairs. there is a lift within block. not enough wardrobe space for hanging clothes. my husband and i stayed for a month so had a lot of clothes with us. we had no hanging space in our bedroom and had to use the other bedroom. this wasnt much good when family came to stay. overall tho we loved our stay and would recommend it for a couple of people to stay, maybe 4 people but defo not 6 people if you want some space!

We were looking for an apartment with a view

We wanted an apartment with views, and this one delivers on every front. In fact, it doesnā€™t get much better than this in Benidorm. It is literally 2-min walk to the lovely and very clean beach. You can either walk along Poniente Beach or along the well maintained, beautiful promenade from the apartment all the way to Benidorm Old Town and beyond. The apartment is large and airy with two showers and toilets. Benidorm city is a fair walk but a worthwhile one along the promenade which also has excellent cycle/eScooter routes. The building manager Pasco, is very helpful even though he does not speak any English, he tried really hard to please, as did his lovely wife. The apartment also comes with secure parking which was important to us. The kitchen is great, but the cupboards are full so there was nowhere to put groceries other than the fridge and one drawer. It would have been nice to have a cupboard available for groceries. White bedding would also be preferable. Maite the owner was very helpful and always available by text or email. She responds quickly and went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one, even to the point of buying brand new mattresses for the second bedroom when we told her the bed was uncomfortable. We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for holiday accommodation in Benidorm.

Que dire ? Ce fut un sĆ©jour extraordinaire. L'appartement est absolument idĆ©al, de par son Ć©quipement et sa localisation et d'une propretĆ© irrĆ©prochable. La literie est d'excellente qualitĆ©. Als eerste, de eigenaresse is supersnel met het beantwoorden van al je vragen. Wij zijn voor het eerst in de winter op vakantie geweest en was ook voor het eerst dat wij via VRBO hebben geboekt. Maar totaal geen problemen gehad. De flat ligt op een ongelofelijke ligging. Wat een prachtig uitzicht over het gehele boulevard. Zo mooi dat je uren kunt kijken. De flat is keurig netjes en alles is aanwezig. Het ligt op een super rustig gebied en ook in de flat zelf is het rustig. Paco de beheerder houd echt alles keurig netjes en is heel vriendelijk. Elk voordeel heeft een nadeel en dat is dat de loop naar de stranden heel erg schuin is. Omdat de ligging van de flat zo hoog is en het uitzicht schitterend heb je wel dat je naar het strand toe heel schuine stoepen af moet lopen en vooral weer naar boven is pittig. Maar daar krijg je wel een goede conditie door. Al met al zijn wij enthousiast van de flat, de ligging en het uitzicht. Mooier krijg je niet. Helemaal top.

sehr ruhig gelegenes Apartment

Schƶner Aufenthalt. 3 Minuten bis zum Poniente Strand sind mit dem Auto. Zu Fuss ca 1 Km serpentinenartig steil bergab das man auch wieder hochgehen muss. Es gibt auch eine Treppe wo man abkĆ¼rzen kann, die ich aber nicht empfehle. Genauso zum Mercadona bergab und wieder hoch. Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist sollte unbedingt ein Auto mieten. Die Wohnung fĆ¼r uns 2 Personen ideal, es gibt sogar einen Schnellkochtopf und sonst wirklich alles was man zu Hause in der KĆ¼che auch hat. Mittlerweile ist das Fernsehprogramm durch Firestick der neuesten Generation fĆ¼r jede NationalitƤt sehr gut.Netflix,Disney, RTL+ etc. alles durch eigene PW zu aktivieren. Wir haben die Waschmaschine sowie den GeschirrspĆ¼ler dankend genutzt, sehr gute GerƤte. Die Busverbindungen sind wirklich gut und durch die Tarjeta Card die man im Bus erwerben kann sehr preiswert. Wir hatten kein Auto vor Ort und haben uns mit einem faltbaren Pack & Roll Trolley beholfen der in jeden normalen groƟen Koffer passt. Wer Ć¼berhaupt kein English oder Spanisch spricht sollte woanders hinreisen. Alle GetrƤnke und Speisekarten in Spanisch oder English. Wir waren schon Exoten dort, die paar Deutschen konnste leicht abzƤhlen.Wenn man sich im Apartement aufhalten will ist es fĆ¼r 4 Erwachsene schon sehr beengt.

Piso con excelentes vistas y ubicado en zona tranquila

El piso es perfecto para pasar unos dĆ­as tranquilos en la playa, tanto con niƱos como sin ellos. Si se quiere visitar el centro de Benidorm y acercarse al bullicio se puede hacer en coche o bien en autobĆŗs, o incluso dando un paseo. Las vistas desde el piso son impresionantes, te pasarĆ­as el dĆ­a mirando al horizonte; y la atenciĆ³n y disponibilidad de Maite inmejorables. Hemos estado muy cĆ³modos y a gusto.
