The apartment in Benidorm has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 75 m² comfortable and outside, overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. It is 120 m "Levante", 300 m from the supermarket, 80 m from the bus station "Urbano", 7 km from the golf course, 45 km from the airport "Alicante" and is located in a lively area next to the sea.It has an elevator, terrace, iron, safe (for rent), electric radiator heating, air conditioning only in the living room (for rent, not included in the price), communal swimming pool, open air parking in the same building (communal parking without guaranteed space for each apartment), television (for rent), wifi (for rent).The independent, vitroceramic cooker is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.

Great location for sea front and entertainment. Big apartment recently refurbished bathrooms

Location of apartment was excellent, and surrounding area was very well maintained. Both bathrooms had been recently refurbished and were excellent. The balcony was good for sitting in the sun on an afternoon, but the patio furniture was very poor and needs to be replaced. Photographs of the apartment on the site showed sunbeds around the pool, however on arrival there were non available unless you are prepared to go and buy them. Air conditioning is available in the apartment but check when booking if the cost is included as it is 10 euro per day if not. Kitchen is clean but a bit tired, however several problems with insects appearing from behind the worktop edging strips.

nice apartment, lovely pool area, quiet, although it was scary passing the prostitutes/muggers, at night/early hours. this would not stop me staying again.
