Wow this hotel is absolutely exceptional. Everything was perfect from the stunning cosy and clean room with sea view to the friendly staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. I felt like a movie star in the pool area, and it was soo relaxing and the infinity pool views of Poniente beach were stunning. Lots of choice for breakfast and evening meal. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Loved the hotel. The staff were amazing and location great for Benidorm near restaurants and the beach, we forgot there is a crazy size of Benidorm for all the party people. Very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was great. We would definitely go back and recommend it to our family and friends .

Hotel excelente, de frente pra praia. Quarto grande, cama confortável , equipe atenciosa e eficiente. O cafe da manhã e o jantar tinham bastante variedade. Um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei na Espanha.

Breakfast and half board buffet selection was good, the desserts were just ok, nothing special. They (service attendants) really treat you differently if you don’t purchase drinks. The room was clean and fresh, but I suggest to upgrade with a balcony with the ocean view. If we come back to this location, we will do that. Parking underground is a bit expensive but it’s in a high demand area. The gym was ok, techno gym machines are bit old and outdated. The location was excellent, right on the beach and walkable to restaurants, shops etc
