The staff were great and the hotel was very clean, the hotel is in a great location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want nightlife then you simply walk outside the front door and there are plenty of bars to enjoy. This was my first time in Benidorm and I would definitely stay here again

The only thing that that stopped me giving this hotel an excellent on all fronts was the information given about the swapping of dinner for lunch on one of our days. We were half board and were told we could swap from dinner to lunch when we arrived however when we tried to do this on one of our days the restaurant staff advised that we cant do single days and we would need to pay for that day or change to lunch for our whole stay. Other than that the hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean, price at bar cheaper than most pubs we were in outside hotel, breakfast better than any ive had anywhere, entertainment top class and right on strip great for people watching if u have a pool view room. Two streets up from beach and large supermarket.

It’s a lovely hotel, great position that’s near everything, food was nice, we could find something we liked every night and proper back bacon and English sausages at breakfast Only criticism, it’s a 4 star hotel, but I thinks it’s a bit cheeky to ask for €5 a week entry for tea and coffee in your room, seems a bit wrong to me as it’s not a budget hotel 🏨

The lifts are incredibly slow. A tortoise could do a 100 yards dash in less time. I wanted a hotel with a bath available but along with almost everyone else it has showers only. I am a traditionalist. I want to soak luxuriously in a bath. Apart from that it was lovely and I will stay again (unless I can find a hotel as good WITH a bath)
