There is a large lounge, with AC, WIFI and a smart TV, plus a washing machine for guests use.

It is suitable for families, but sadly not pets in this property or smoking inside. It is located a short drive from the ever popular Moraira (7 Minutes away) and Calpe is within easy reach too.

On a quiet, slightly elevated residential street there is off road parking behind electric gates. Directly outside you will find additional on street parking.
