The rest of the time we had sun and enjoyed the beach and in the pool. Good place for families with teenage or small children. Very recommendable.

Pros: When we booked our holiday, we were looking for comfort, tranquility and easy access to beaches, shops and restaurants. And that is what we found! The villa's location is perfect: right on a nice golf course and walking distance from the beach. Its interior is fairly basic, but very clean and comfortable. We've particularly enjoyed the well-equipped outdoor kitchen, which is located right alongside the pool. When not strolling around the many lazy beaches in the area, we would be enjoying our glasses of wine, books, and meals right there.

Pros: This is a wonderful villa in a beautiful location! My family and I stayed for a week from the 18th July. We spent all day by the pool and having the summer kitchen was brilliant! Lots of local bars and restaurants, supermarket. We ate out some evenings and wasn’t disappointed. As we had our cars we had the freedom to explore the area. Stunning scenery! We would definitely go again! Sebas was at the end of the phone for any queries we had.

The out door kitchen area is fantastic with plenty of seats around the large table outside. We used it every day some days not going out. The sun was on the pool from 9am until 9pm at night. There are a few shaded area via parasols so it was perfect. The pictures in my view don't do this villa justice. Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay. We will certainly be back

It felt even better than the first two times, also because of the nice home improvements you did downstairs. Very well done. Even in March this is a very nice time to come as you can sit outside and enjoy spring time. This time we played a lot of Golf and experienced a lot of new restaurants in the neighborhood. I make a bet we also come for a fourth time!

Pros: Deze villa is echt fantastisch. De inrichting is sober maar uiterst comfortabel. De Tuin is groot en prachtig mooi. Maar het zwembad met de goed uitgeruste buitenkeuken heeft onze vakantie echt iets extra's gegeven. Vanaf het terras kijk je uit op de golfbaan, dus je hebt helemaal geen last van verkeer. Alle avonden waarop we thuis aten, deden we dat aan het zwembad. Ook de ontbijten en lunches. Steeds als het te heet werd, doken we even in het heel goed onderhouden zwembad. Echt een aanrader! Nederlandse eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en correct. We gaan volgend jaar weer!

Pros: Prachtige villa. Van alle gemakken voorzien, zwembad, mooie tuin, ligstoelen en een tweede keuken bij het zwembad waar gebarbecued kan worden. We waren met z'n tweeën maar hadden best een hele zwik vrienden mee kunnen nemen, zoveel kamers zijn er beschikbaar. Heerlijk rustige plek en op loopafstand van winkels en golfbaan. Kan de villa toekomstige vakantiegangers aanbevelen.

Gros avantage, pas de vis à vis hors mis le golf, dont du calme. A savoir : - chambre des enfants : sans clim - cuisine intérieure : le four ne fonctionne pas et le frigo ne fait assez de froid (trop vieux). Dans l'ensemble c'est une bonne location, à recommander .

Pros: Prima locatie gelegen aan de golfbaan van Ifach. Grote villa van veel gemakken voorzien. Op sommige onderdelen wel wat onderhoud noodzakelijk. Oven in bijkeuken werkte niet, koelkast in bijkeuken koelde niet goed. Ondanks deze kleine ongemakken was de beheerder Paul vrijwel direct ter plaatse indien noodzakelijk. Voor gezinnen met baby's een uitdaging met kinderwagen gezien vele steile stappen en steile helling naar hoofdstraat.. Al met al een prima vakantie gehad en genoten van de rust in de omgeving.

Pros: Diesen Juli hat meine Familie, dh Papa und seine Frau, Mama, meine drei Geschwister mit einem Partner, mein Mann und ich, nach langer Zeit noch einmal einen Familienurlaub gemacht. Zuerst einmal die kleinen Kritikpunkte: Die Bäder waren nicht 100% sauber sondern ein klein wenig siffig. Die Innenküche war nicht so gut ausgestattet und eine Klimaanlage lief anfangs nur in einem bestimmten Modus (funktionstüchtig aber unflexibel). Insgesamt fanden wir die Villa jedoch absolut wundervoll. Da die Nächte sehr heiß waren, waren die Klimaanlagen Gold wert. Drei Bäder zu haben war wirklich praktisch. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und ein Gestell zum Aufhängen, sehr praktisch. Die Tischtennisplatte war klasse, wir haben sie viel benutzt. Der absolute Hammer war aber die Außenanlage. Wir kamen nachts um 22:30 Uhr an,haben aus Gewohnheit drinnen gegessen und uns gewundert, dass so wenig Teller da sind. Ab dem nächsten Tag haben wir dann nur noch draußen gegessen. Dort war genug von allem da, außerdem alle beschriebenen Küchengeräte, ein Grill und eine Markise als Sonnenschutz. Der Pool war klasse. Sehr sauber (er wurde während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthaltes zwei Mal gereinigt), tolle Form. Wir haben darin viel geschwommen, gespielt oder uns einfach mal kurz abgekühlt. Schön ist auch, dass man keine direkten Nachbarn hat und von unserem Essplatz und überhaupt von überall am Pool/Außenküche einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf den Golfplatz und Moraira hat. Aufgrund des Pools waren wir nur einmal am Strand. Moraira hat sehr viele schöne Strände, die man in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Ein etwas teurerer Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Moraira ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten gut schlafen. Alles in allem kann ich die Immobilie wärmstens empfehlen.

Pros: Voor ons vijftigjarige huwlijk zijn we met de hele familie naar Moraira gegaan. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in een fijn en ruim huis. Het was van alle gemakken voorzien en het huis staat lekker vrij met open uitzicht over de golfbaan en zelfs zee. Goede en makkelijke communicatie met de eigenaar.
