Nous avons passés un séjour pas tres agréables, trop de dysfonctionnements. Comme par exemple le moteur de la picine qui faisait un bruit en continue jour et nuit, un des climatiseur qui faisait un bruit infernal quand on l' allumait, un exterieur pas tres bien entretenu , les fusibles qui sautaient quand on allumait la machine a laver. L' appartement du bas pas bien entretenu il y a des odeurs de moisissures.

ABSOLUUT GEEN AANRADER! Foto’s komen totaal niet overeen met de werkelijkheid! De villa was niet proper bij aankomst. De beneden verdieping is muf en de matras is beschimmeld. Al het tuinmeubilair is in extreem slechte staat ( scheuren en toe aan vervanging). Geen microgolf en dampkamp aanwezig. Wasmachine enkel te gebruiken als er niets anders gebruikt wordt anders valt elektriciteit uit. Zwembad was vuil bij aankomst en enkel gereinigd op aanvraag. Verder niemand gezien.

Wij keken zo erg uit naar dit huis. Bij aankomst al gelijk een teleurstelling, super slecht onderhouden tuin ziet er echt niet uit zoals op de foto’s!! Enkel vieze en gescheurde zit kussens, geen parasolletje te bekennen het is echt totaal nergens uitnodigend om te zitten. Zwembad is vies en er is nooit een persoon gekomen om het te onderhouden in de week dat wij er verbleven . De bovenste verdieping van het huis is nog een beetje leefbaar ondanks de viezen banken en bedden vol met vlekken echt super vies, maar niet te spreken over de onder verdieping!! We hebben nooit hoezen gekregen voor de bedden, riolering wat uit het douche putje komt (dit zagen we gelijk bij binnenkomst dus dit is al langer aan de hand) dus je zit continue in riool stank. Mevrouw Rosenberg doet er niks aan en geen reactie meer gekregen van haar tot de dag van vandaag schaam je, wij hebben hard gewerkt om op vakantie te kunnen gaan en dan tref je zoiets aan, echt een diepe diepe teleurstelling en totaal niet prijswaardig! Ik kan me niet voorstelling dat ik de enige ben met deze ervaring. Enige pluspunt is dat de omgeving benissa super mooi is, wij zijn ook alleen maar buiten de deur geweest om dit huis zo veel mogelijk te vermijden.

Geweldig huis, goed en schoon zeembad, rustig gelegen. Na aankomst wat kleine opstartprobleempjes die snel werden opgelost door beheerder. Keuken goed uitgerust, sanitair netjes, airco in slaapkamers. Vllakbij is zijn het strand, met leuk restaurantje aan zee. Supermarkt Is op 5 min rijden, is ook op zondag open. Strandplaatsen als Calpe op 20 min en Benidorm op 30 min afstand. Zeer aan te raden accomodatie, !!

Leuke vakantie gehad. We werden goed ontvangen bij het huis. Mooi huis van alles voorzien! Veel zitjes en ligbedden om heerlijk te genieten. Genoeg strandjes en boulevards in de buurt, wel raad ik een auto aan en een navigatiesysteem haha. Wat jammer kan zijn is dat de zon savonds rond 21.00 helemaal verdwenen is uit tuin.
