Great place for holidays

The house is beautiful, with all comforts. Joana received us with kindness and diligence about all our needs. Koen also took care of everything exceptionally well. Definitely worth spending some time in this place.

Pros: gorgeous villa with excellent facilities set in lovely gardens with a great pool. all of the fixtures and fittings are of a very high standard and it's obvious that a lot of time and effort has been put in to make this one of the best homes from home. it has been a pleasure to deal with Koen the owner from start to finish. just returned from a fantastic holiday and will be returning very soon!!!

Pros: We came across this villa on the website and just fell in love with it. From start to finish, communication with Koen has been absolutely fantastic! I had a lot of questions about random little things and he always answered them. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. Also Marijke the housekeeper has to be one of the loveliest ladies I have ever met. We needed a few things from the garage and as soon as we asked she was straight over. The villa itself is just beautiful. So modern and clean and the rooms are decorated to such a lovely standard. The grounds around the villa are lovely and the pool is a perfect size. The garden is a great little suntrap so we left nice and tanned! Doors and windows felt very sturdy and secure so we felt very safe inside the villa. Kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge & freezer. There are surrounding villas so you don't feel completely on your own but we never heard any noise from other neighbours. I would recommend hiring a car as the villa is a little out the way to walk anywhere, but is very very close to the beach, golf and supermarket, and a short drive to surrounding places. Thank you very much for a lovely stay and of we ever come back to Alicante will not hesitate to come back to the villa!

Pros: We had a fantastic holiday, everything was great. The villa was high-end perfect! Everyone was so happy, the rooms were Perfect and was great everyone had their own en-suite. The air con in every room was brilliant as at sometimes it was was very hot! The villa it’s self was fabulous clean, spacious absolutely perfect for the eight of us. I loved the huge living room table inside this is where we ate every night. The kitchen area was great too. We would sit out on the terrace at dark it was wonderful. We also had a two year old and it worked well with the upstairs having all the facilities (kitchen, dining room, living room) The pool was brilliant! My two year old loved the steps on the pool and the buckets and toys she was given. There was enough shade by the pool by the tree and the sun beds were perfect! My seven year old loved it! He was In the pool day and night. The villa was quiet and beautiful in the evening. The BBQ was fantastic by the pool this is what we had most nights up on the terrace. The washing machine was a bonus with having young children and washing towels. Moraira was absolutely lovely we went to the beach and had lunch a few times and we also did jet skiing here. My son called the sea paradise as the fish were right beneath us. He also did the inflatable out at sea again my son absolutely loved it! We also traveled to Calpe and Havea which we enjoyed.The beaches were fantastic. We enjoyed the Algas bar which we went to a few times there was live music and was right on the ocean front. The evening view was amazing. Also ate in the food bar a couple of times which was fantastic! I recommend having a car as you will definitely need one to get about. I would like to say Markji was fantastic and was always a help, when we were arriving she asked if we needed any groceries which was so kind and was met us past midnight as we were late (due to waiting for rental car) and was very accommodating, and our exceptions were over an beyond especially accommodating for our two year old. Markji put stair gates on the stair outside and inside which was brilliant for our two year old which was very reassuring. She also txt us throughout our time to ensure we were all ok and to see if we needed anything. A massive thank you to Markji. Definitely recommend the villa we had a fantastic family holiday

Pros: El entorno de la casa es espectacular Cons: Hay que ir pensando en renovar alguna cosilla de la casa que ya se está deteriorando debido al uso quizá inadecuado de algunos inquilinos no tan cuidadosos como debieran.

El fin de semana en el apartamento fue estupendo y muy relajante!

Pros: La casa tenía una terraza ideal para desayunar, mucho espacio en todas las habitaciones, comedor y cocina para un grupo grande, y la zona de la piscina era lo mejor. A parte, unas vistas y un entorno muy tranquilo y bonito. Cons: Faltaba papel higiénico de WC en algunas habitaciones, pero por todo lo demás perfecto!

Wat een fijn en mooi huis is Villa Lynn.

Pros: Villa Lynn is een modern, ruim en comfortabel huis. Sfeervol en rustig ingericht, de keuken is zeer compleet, de bedden en douche zijn prima. Het uitzicht vanuit de woonkamer en het dakterras is prachtig, je kunt ver kijken en ziet ook veel groen. De locatie is rustig. Wij hadden t erg naar onze zin en komen graag terug!

Pros: Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa très fonctionnelle. La villa est située a même pas 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Moraira. Nous sommes partis à trois couples et cinq enfants dont deux en bas âge, le propriétaire nous a gentiment mis les barrières de sécurité dans la maison, un vrai + . Toutes les chambres sont équipés de la climatisation et moustiquaire. La piscine est très bien et bien entretenu. Que du positif pour ma part, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci encore au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Het huis is prachtig en voldoet helemaal aan de foto's. Het ligt op een mooie locatie tussen de bome

Pros: Het huis is prachtig en voldoet helemaal aan de foto's. Het ligt op een mooie locatie tussen de bomen waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Het enige dat wij een beetje hebben gemist is schaduw bij het zwembad. Enkel de boom biedt schaduw, maar op het heetst van de dag is dat met het hele gezin een beetje weinig. Ik zou deze locatie zeker aanraden en zou er ondanks de mindere start van de schoonmaak zo weer naartoe gaan.
