Villa 'Prestige' with Sea View, Pool & Wi-Fi

In Benissa, the villa Prestige offers an excellent view of the sea. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 20 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

2 parking spaces are available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Groups of guests below the age of 25 are not admitted.

Great location but a bit worn down

The villa is located near the sea with nice small beaches in walking distance. The house itself is good for 4 families with seperate apartments, outdoor kitchen and a lovely pool. Only downside was the standard of the furniture and equipments. Many chairs etc was worn down and parts of the garden would need a refresch. Upside was the host Anna, really nice and service minded. All in all we enjoyed our stay but if the standard had been higher so would the rating.

Superbe villa, extérieurs superbes, piscine très grande nous étions 20 personnes. Anna est une hôte d'exception, très accueillante et très sympathique ! La villa est très bien placée pour visiter la costa blanca.
