Wonderful view

We had a great week at this property, booked at the last minute. The communication before we arrived, and on our arrival was great and our queries very quickly answered. The flat was very well equipped, only lacking a full size chopping board and a decent set of knives. The area was quiet and our only negative - not the fault of the owner - was that the balcony gets no evening sun. The pool area was very quiet and super clean but perhaps suited to adults, older children. We would happily recommend the apartment to others.

Emplacement magnifique mais appartement un peu décevant : propreté qui laisse à désirer avec une vaisselle sale, une climatisation qui fuit que nous avons dû nettoyer (filtres épouvantables) à la demande des gérants qui ne se sont pas déplacés... , manque d'équipement ou équipement vétuste ( lumière manquante dans la salle de bains dès notre arrivée). Nous connaissons très bien le coin et forcément nous sommes déçus de cette location

Apartamento para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones

Ha sido una estancia genial, apartamento con una terraza explendida, junto a sus preciosas vistas. Falló el tema de la sombra al mediodía, pero se intentó subsanar con una buena comunicación y los próximos inquilinos ya lo podrán disfrutar. Los colchones son de agradecer y se nota a la hora de descansar. Y la piscina es una auténtica maravilla, para disfrutarla.

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est parfait pour y passer 1 semaine à 4. Parfaitement équipé, la climatisation a été très appréciée même si nous avons fait attention à notre consommation. Avec la voiture on est près de tout. La résidence est calme, La vue est époustouflante tant depuis l’appartement que depuis les piscines à débordement. (L’eau est fraîche… la mer était plus chaude !) Le seul bémol est sans doute le parking. Chaque appartement a sa place mais les places n’étant pas numérotées, beaucoup de fois nous n’avions pas de place. On a dû occuper celles qu’on trouvait. Mais cela n’a rien gâché ! Encore merci !

Maravillosas vistas.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el alojamiento. Tiene todo lo necesario, hay unas vistas impresionantes desde la terraza. Las camas son cómodas. Las piscinas estupendas. El único pero podría ser la wifi y la cobertura internet en general, muy floja. La comunicación con Laurent y con la persona encargada de facilitarnos el acceso ha sido muy buena. Estamos satisfechos con nuestra estancia.

Beautiful cosy appartment with an amazing view and communal pool

Cosy appartment, well decorated, fully equipped with comfortable beds and with a large balcony and the most amazing view. A few small items need an update/fixing as discussed with the owner Laurent to make it 100% perfect but eventhough the friendly housekeeper Kataryna went absolutely out of her way to try and help us, it wasn't possible to get it done during our stay but it did not stop as at all from having an absolutely wonderful time and we would certainly return. Besides the fantistic communcal pool there are lots of nice beaches, coves and interesting sites to visit in the neighbourhood. Having some means of transport (car, motorbike) available is quite essential though to get around.

Vistas y tranquilidad

El apartamento está muy completo, el parking edta en la misma valla de entrada, hay que bajar dos alturas para llegar al apartamento, no hay ascensor ( no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida) cocina con todo lo necesario, en pleno agosto encendíamos el aire acondicionado solo para comer, habían noches que en la terraza hacía frío. La temperatura probablemente sean 5 grados menos que en la costa. Tv + wifi (velocidad justa de conexión) Las vistas de la terraza son increíbles, ver salir el sol todas las mañanas desde el Cabo de la Nao iluminando toda la zona es muy bonito! Recomiendo el sitio.

Lo positivo: - Totalmente equipada, aparcamiento en la entrada, piscina a 100 m. poco transitada, calas a 10 min. en coche, temperatura 5º más bajas que el resto de Alicante al estar en un cabo, tranquilidad, vistas de cine, aire acondicionado independiente en la habitación matrimonial, servicios cercanos. Lo negativo: Dependes del coche (cuestas pronunciadas), luz escasa en alguna habitación (algunos elementos sin revisar su estado), pero en general muy contentos con la estancia, muchas posibilidades de mar y montaña (paseos por acantilados, etc), y cerca de lugares turísticos. ¡Un lugar maravilloso para vacaciones!
