Lovely family break

We had a fantastic stay, it was useful having the supermarket so close, as we were self-catering. The kitchen was well kitted out. Lovely pool! Short drive to a variety of beaches. We asked a few questions prior to our visit and the owners were very prompt at replying and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely property.

Family holiday 2019

With family members coming from as far as Australia we wanted somewhere fully self-contained if we didn't want to join the summer crowds. Casa Delfin does the job, although we did use the main pool and facilities on a number of occasions, which was never crowded. Minor issues we quickly resolved by John the property manager who called twice weekly to maintain the pool. Our second visit to Casa Delfin and probably not our last. We have now holidayed in Moraira, either as property owners or renters, for 32 years

Family Villa stay

Had a lovely family holiday at this villa with three generations ranging from six to sixty. The kids and adults loved the pool and the set up of the villa with the upper part separate from the bottom worked as we had hoped. Good selection of pots and pans, cups and plates to enable easy self catering and a large supermarket at the bottom of the road for easy resupply. We had a couple of issues as the villa had not been used over the winter but easy communication with John the property manager and the owner resolved these in a timely manner. We enjoyed the snack bar and outside pool that is a part of the larger complex and the chinese restaurant at the bottom of the road was very good. A car would have been useful but to us not essential as there were ten of us , so would have been expensive. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic Villa

We were a family of 10, 7 adults and 3 kids. we arrived in the middle of the night and found the key access to the Villa easy. We were a little worried as none of the bedrooms had Air Con but it really wasn't needed, the rooms stayed lovely and cool. All the beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. Both kitchens were well equipped and had everything you needed for your holiday. Out the front of the Villa was spacious and had more than enough sunbeds for all of us. The pool was lovely and had a shallow end, approx. 130cms. Out the back was very spacious with a seating area and dinning table overlooking the Vineyard. Also this is where the table tennis was, this was great fun for all the family. There was also a little room with the washing machine. The area is lovely and quiet, there is a bar, restaurant nearby and of course Moraira is only a short drive away. Mike and Sue who look after the Villa were lovely and really helpful. Mike came round a few times to look after the pool and answer any problems we may have had. One of the floor standing fans didn't work and he brought a new one to us the next day. As we were there 2 weeks we had new bed linen and towels after the 1st week which was lovely. There is a well stocked supermarket within walking distance. There is also an Aldi and a Chinese shop for anything else you might need. The communal pool is within walking distance and the boys went a few times and met with some local lads to swim and to play football. I can't recommend this Villa enough and wish that we could go back next year but its already booked!

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille sont très agréables propre, changement, des draps et serviettes. Toutes les semaines On peut faire ses courses si on veut à pied, il faut la voiture pour aller au centre de Moreira piscine très agréable

Super sejour

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa plutôt bien amenagee. Piscine top Emplacement dans une jolie zone touristique tout en étant dans un lotissement calme A savoir la clim se trouve dans la piece de vie et ventilateur dans les chambres La literie meriterait d etre changee notamment pour les lits1 personne Un peu plus de vaisselle serait également un plus. Intervention rapide pour changement de bouteille de gaz.

We spent a very enjoyable 10 days in Moraira. The villa pool is great and having the larger communal pool was a big plus with the kids. The villa manager was responsive and helpful.

PARFAIT

Tout simplement parfait, nous sommes arrivés, clefs dans la boîte avec un code transmis au préalable par le gérant. La maisons est beaucoup moins belle en photo qu’en vrai, elle est vraiment parfaite pour un séjour entre amis comme le notre, dans le coin il y a excursions, jetski, boîte de nuits (très peu), aqualand, et j’en passe, il y a tout pour passer aisément 2 semaines sans s’ennuyer tout en bronzant! Merci et à bientôt!

Très agréable

Nous avons passés de belles vacances, la maison est très fonctionnelle dans un endroit calme d'une belle région d'Espagne. Le propriétaire répond rapidement aux questions posées et le contact sur place à su réagir directement aux problèmes rencontrés (Bouteille de gaz vide et micro-ondes hs). Très bon rapport qualité prix, je conseille vivement.

Fantastic Villa

We were a party of 4 adults and 5 children and therefore had the whole Villa. This worked well as gave us all our own separate space. On arrival the Villa was clean and tidy. We had a couple of minor issues that were sorted immediately by the villa manager. Supermarket is a short walk away and has everything you need for your stay at great prices. The pool to the property was lovely, fantastic size and warm day and night. We went to the communal pool also, this again was a great pool. Not too busy and parts were nice and shallow for the kids. We ate at the restaurant there too which was nice. The villa could probably do with a bit of modernisation downstairs but it's certainly liveable and had no impact on our stay. All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would recommend this Villa.

Very nice villa in great location

A great villa, conveniently located within walking distance to shops or a short drive to town. Villa was clean and fully furnished with baby cot and high chair. Lots of outdoor space with great views. The manager was also very helpful and professional. Would stay again!

Lovely villa, lovely location

Had a 10 day stay at Casa Delfin and can say it was a lovely place to be. From booking, to returning home Hazel has been very efficient in dealing with any queries which made things very easy. The villa itself is lovely. A bit on the dark side downstairs, but we'll equipped all around. The only thing we found it lacked was a clothes horse to dry clothes when it rains. We were unfortunate enough to be there after the heatwave! The pool is a good size for the villa, and the villa is well located. A short drive to moraira where you'll find shops, bars and restaurants. (Recommend a trip to Tasca 42), and a short, but steep walk back from the supermarket. There is enough space within the villa that if you are with a group of people, you don't get under each others feet as there is plenty of different areas to go to.

Very nice property, well equiped, good location.

We were 2 familes renting the villa over easter period. The villa is nicely located and there are nice views of the surroundings too. It has 2 separate apartments fully equipped with pretty much everithyng you need (may need to upgrade the TV in the upstairs apartment) . The only downside was that the apartaments weren't very clean when we arrived, quite a lot of dust on the floor and on the surfaces generally and there was a musty smell inside the apartments as well, very possible that we were first to rent it this year and the maintanace people didn't do much before we came. Though the maintanace man did come to the villa while we were there with 2 occasions pretending that he's got some repairs to do. It wouldn't normally be a problem but he got in unannounced, he literally got inside without any notice and without even knocking at the gate to ask for permision to come in. We felt that our privacy was broken and we were checked upon just to make sure everithing is in place. The overall experience was good and it probably worth the money.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Les terrasses sont grandes et on peut trouver de l'ombre à toute heure de la journée. La piscine est très appréciable, la vue agréable et le supermarché accessible à pied.

Fabulous, will be back

The villa is split over two apartments, of which we had both. they were both well presented and clean and tidy, air conditioning helped for the evenings. The pool was great, again clean and private. Lots of outside area, we used both the front and the back (lovely views out the back) to eat and relax. The villa is close to the shops and local bars, all are friendly and speak English. Moraira is 5 mins drive down the road, and has loads of shops and restaurants. The whole family had a fantastic 10 day holiday, and we will be definitely going back

Fantastic

Casa Delfin was a fantastic villa with all the equipment that we could have needed. It was very clean and just as we thought it would be from the pictures and description. The pool was a great size and was very clean and very safe, we have 3 children who had the best time. Moraira is a beautiful town with lovely beaches. We ate in some lovely restaurants but "El Nido" stood out with it's fabulous food and wonderful service. We enjoyed a day at Aqualandia in Benidorm which is only 45mins from the villa and Javea is not far again with fantastic beaches and restaurants. We have used LemonTree Villas before and would definatley use them again as they have been great and would recommend them to anyone. If i had a negative it would be that the beds were not very comfortable, but that is very minor compared to how great everything else was.

Fantastic stay!

Casa Delfin is a wonderful villa. We had both the upper and lower apartments as we were two families travelling together - this was absolutely perfect and suited out needs. The pool area was wonderful and our children - all boys aged between 12 and 15 - found it more than big enough for all their games. The provision of a table tennis table was brilliant and loved by both adults and children! Also being able to use the nearby communal pool and tennis courts was also an real added bonus. This area also had a fab snack bar at a reasonable price.Plenty of places to sunbathe around the villa and the area to the rear of the propoerty was shaded and lovely and cool towards the end of the day. The lower apartment is very well equipped, the upper level not so well equipped but that didn't really cause any problem - we can live without a toaster and microwave for a fortnight! The supermarket is just down the road as is Rustys bar. All in all a fab property and we'd definitely like to return. The kids will love Aqualandia in Benidorm (about 45mins away), Fonts d'Algar is brilliant as is Guadalest. El Portet is a wonderfully beach as is the beach at Cumbre del Sol. Lovely bars at both beaches and El Portet is perfect for watching the sun go down. We went kayaking with CoastalKayaking - highly recommended!

Casa Delfin Moraira

This is a spacious and well equipped villa. It has a great location –lovely views and very peaceful. There is extensive space outside and the greenery provides seclusion. The pool was a perfect size for both children and adults. A table tennis table was available, which was enjoyed by all. As stated in the advert, the Mercadona supermarket really was within a short walking distance! In addition, the community pool / tennis courts and snack bar with wifi facility was very close. This was enjoyed by our teenagers ...for a change of scenery... and company! We would recommend Rustys restaurant which again we walked to... the food was superb and the entertainment great. The town of Moraira was only a 5min drive. Here there were lots of eating places and shops. We too enjoyed our meal at Cap D’or. The town had a festival on this weekend with a rock band performing one evening and fabulous fireworks the next evening...all free entry. Moraira’s beach was stunning and El Portet is close by. It is also within easy travelling to other resorts along the coast like Calpe or Javea. The service provided by Hazel was excellent from start to finish. The directions to the villa were clear and concise – which makes a change! We had a fantastic holiday and would certainly return.
