In Bénodet, this charming triplex classified 3 stars of about 70 m² is a perfect cocoon for your holiday.
With its terrace and enclosed garden of 250 m² without opposite, you will enjoy the sun at the slightest radius!

On the ground floor of a small quiet and secure residence, this triplex has a very bright living room with living room and dining area, an equipped kitchen and a toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- 1 double room with bed 140x200
- 1 single room with 2 beds 90x200
- Powder room with toilet
On the 2nd floor:
- 1 double bedroom with 140x200 bed and desk area

We particularly like:
- Ideal location with beach and restaurants 200 m away
- The garden and the terrace without opposite
- Free parking in the residence

Our concierge based on Fouesnant offers the following options to ask for upon booking:
Sheets kit: double bed 19 € / single bed 15 €
Towel kit (1 large + 1 small): 7 € / person.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement conforme à l'annonce, idéalement placé, à moins de cinq minutes à pied des plages tout en étant au calme et en pleine verdure. Pièce de vie un peu petite pour six personnes mais c'était parfait pour trois !
