“Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. ”

“I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and……

“Emporers Palace Casino is next by i won. There is a private corridor from hotel go into Casino very safe n convenient. Great restaurants in Casino. Nandos is so great for Chicken lovers. Must try the chinken liver with Pap, such an african delicacy. Shuttle is quick n great quality. It works out better than staying in Monte Casino instead.”
