「Room were in a good condition except for when it rained the bathroom was flooded with water abit . Gate assistance for opening and closing was a challenge as land and mobile numbers remained unanswered as well as gate intercom . Maybe they should alert guests when functions are being held as the one night we were unable to sleep due to noise levels :-( .... Over rall the room was clean , beds lovely size and jacuzzi a nice feature , breakfast was absolutely brilliant - good service. 」

「was disappointed that we booked a non-smoking room and received a smoking one - struggled to sleep as the smell was lingering . apart from this it was a fine stay.」

「This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool」

「The staff was excellent and the airport shuttle service was excellent」

「The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

「Very clean room and amenities. Hosts are very accommodating. 」

「I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and...

「Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.」

「Emporers Palace Casino is next by i won. There is a private corridor from hotel go into Casino very safe n convenient. Great restaurants in Casino. Nandos is so great for Chicken lovers. Must try the chinken liver with Pap, such an african delicacy. Shuttle is quick n great quality. It works out better than staying in Monte Casino instead.」

「一切都ok，唯一不滿意的是，在機場等接駁車時，根本沒看到停在哪兒就跑了，害我又多等半小時」
