「Very cute duplex, convenient location, easy rental.」

「While the property has been updated and would have been a nice place to getaway, unfortunately we had a very disappointing experience. The garbage cans were in front of the garage and were overflowing with rancid garbage and flies swarming. When we entered the property, there were hundreds of flying insects (like fruit flies) in every room, dead flies on the floor, crumbs on the kitchen floor, and sheets in one bedroom that appeared to have been slept on. We contacted the property manager and...

「The view could be perfect if the bush was cut down lower. Too many weeds and bees my dog didn’t like going outside. We felt like we stayed at a motel 6. The cottage was out dated for the price we paid.」

「The place was super clean and it smelled great! Super equipped and very cozy. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars.」

「Great little house with a beautiful view! Beach access being unavailable at the time didn't slow us down. Access just around the corner just as easy!」

「Nice 」

「Very nice place. Nicely isolated but close enough to Yachats for conveniency. Ocean view is excellent. Access to ocean was easy and it felt like our own private beach. 」

「The condo was nice. They ask you not to wear shoes and your socks turn black. Looks like the floors are never mopped. Lots of warnings on if you don’t do this or that you will be charged extra. There is a restaurant directly below that plays loud music the entire day until 10 pm which was not mentioned in the add. You can’t even turn on the tv as you cannot hear it. The unit above stomps around and has a dog that continuously barks. No air flow, so if you open doors to let air in, the front door...

「Beware you cannot cancel once you’ve made a reservation! Not as pictured. Bare bones. Carpets need cleaning. Chairs low and uncomfortable. Second bed on floor and lumpy. Barely room to walk beside bed. Blinds dirty. Not at all a comfortable place. We didn’t stay the second night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.」
