Our stay was unfortunately a very unsettling experience from the start. When we checked in and were given our room, we opened the door only to find that it was already occupied by other guests. Walking into a room with strangers inside was shocking and honestly quite scary. It raised serious concerns about the hotel’s organization and guest safety. While the staff did reassign us to another room, the experience left us feeling uneasy. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. Later that night, the guests in the neighboring room were hosting a loud party with what seemed like 10 or more people. There was loud music, shouting, and constant noise well past midnight (around 12:00 a.m.), making it very difficult to relax or get any sleep. Overall, this stay was disappointing due to both the initial room assignment mistake and the lack of noise control. We expected a much more secure and comfortable experience.

Great location by highway ~ Amazing staff (shoutout to Victory for a warm welcome with my late check in). ~ Breakfast was ok (better at hotels who I won’t name) but again great staff! Easy parking ~ Fast Check In and attentive service. Big room and clean. Here for an aviation event and glad I picked this amazing place ~ slept very comfortably. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed here before and it was great- this time not so much. I booked a king room and they gave me a queen, wasn’t too bothered since I did book through Expedia, and there was no price difference. However our room was not the cleanest, hair in the shower, floors didn’t appear to be vacuumed, trash pieces on the floor. Overall a decent hotel but just had a not so clean room,

Stayed 3 nights while visiting the area. First, the good points. Nice size room which had a 2nd sink and mirror in the kitchen. Great when 2+ people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast area is open 6-10am which is nice. Big open space with multiple seating options. Nice looking workout room with multiple machines and dumbbell racks. Now the not so good. The pool was a big letdown. Apparently they had to shock the pool before we arrived. The 1st day the pool was unuseable with high chlorine smell and chemicals floating on top of the water. The 2nd day was a little better and I tried to enter the water. Extremely cold, not like 69 degrees cold , but like ice bath cold and painful to the skin. The 3rd day was no change and we gave up. The breakfast was only mediocre. I’ve had better at other hotels in same price point. Not sure if I would go back a 2nd time.

Stayed here for over a week. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and included eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and a few more things. I recommend making a breakfast sandwich with bagel, sausage, and egg! Overall hotel was clean, but when I went to use a pool, the area around it was dirty with garbage on the floor and pool water did not look clean. It needs to be looked into. I’ve stayed in multiple hotels in that area and a few of them had their pools closed by health department. Unfortunately, I could see this one being a candidate, as well. I did like the gym, they have a Peloton in there, however it doesn’t connect to the internet. They tried re-setting the router, but it still wouldn’t connect. That was a bummer. Overall, I would stay there again, just no pool for me.

My husband and I actually were booked to stay at a different hotel besides the Hampton.When we got to our other hotel, it was so bad. We booked instantly at the Hampton Inn, and I am so glad that we did. I made a reservation at eleven o'clock at night and I was worried that the hotel might cancel the reservation because it was so late. So, I called and the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly in assuring me that our reservation was okay and for us to come on over. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel to the cleanliness of our room was perfect. Staying the weekend there truly made the difference in our experience in Michigan. We also got a free month of Apple t v. because we stayed the night at the hampton.
