“Amazing stay with good night sleep”

“我抵達酒店沒有櫃台沒人接待經警衛人员連繋後等了30分鐘後跑过来的是一个黑人告訴我説我訂的房間已経没有了我説已経訂完了也已付款了為何？他也無法解答？硬要我住其它酒店并另硬要问我收錢馬幣650令吉是何理由？這僡播上網出去誰敢預訂H. C 的酒店？請回答！”

“Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. ”

“This place offers amazing value. Beautiful rooftop pool, a basic gym, very comfy and spacious rooms and a great location. Restaurants are all around the hotel and it is only a 20 minute walk to get to the times square area. Would absolutely stay here again! I have never stayed in such a nice hotel for such a great price, no complaints at all.”

“I live on the 55th floor with a fantastic view. It is priceless to me. Even the room is not so new but reasonably maintained.”

“Could be better. Shower not working properly, too hot, no shower dispenser mount, and mirror with ledge improperly placed causing access block to wash sink. Good thing is there’s a hose outside the front yard to wash off the mud from our mountain bikes. Homestay is conveniently located within walking distance to town area, about 10 mins walk downhill. ”

“There was a long flight of steps to get down to the property. It may be able to cater for many people but seating and dining areas are not conducive for all to gather. Master bedroom bed is sunken and the bathroom rail collapsed. Billiard table is torn and karaoke mic doesn't work. Oven spoilt and the microwave/grill has seen better days. The cooker hood is taped up and we were worried it would collapse. Washing up liquid was like shower cream. The pillows and comforters were stinky. The kitchen……

“1. Car park and utility is not included in the price. Need to extra pay when you check in. 2. The comunication via whatapps take long time to get answer after you checkout. 3. Deposit will paid after 24 hours checkout. But i still haven’t get back money after 72 hours. ”

“There is a strong musty smell the moment the lift open on the 7th floor. The safe didn’t work. At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. ”

“LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door……
