The Old Boarding House has been completely refinished and located downtown Siloam Springs. You will find spacious 2-bedrooms that includes a queen sized bed and another with a queen bed + custom built twin loft. The Kitchen includes all new appliances, coffee maker and utensils for dining in if desired. Bathroom has a stand up shower with a double vanity. Living/Dining area provides additional comforts for your stay! This unit is on the first floor with entrance from the back + a porch/deck area. This cozy space is perfect for your next visit to Siloam Springs.

Excellent Host
We were in for a quick visit and as always things were perfect. This was our third visit to Siloam staying at this property. Very clean, conveniently located to downtown, great communication with property owner and easy check-in and check-out. We’ll definitely be returning!

Wonderful Place!
This is such a great apartment! My daughter and I stayed for one night. It was easy to find and access, great location, very clean, and such a beautiful place. The beds are extremely comfortable as well as the couches! Perfect for a quiet getaway.
