The home is great. We have stayed there a couple of times. The house has lots of room to hang out. I would give it 5 stars but the mattresses could be much better and the basement always has a strong musty smell that makes it less inviting as a game room.

This is a great home with lots of beds which worked out great for our fishing trip! The Golf Cart usage was amazing, saved us from many long walks to the dock during the day. Kitchen is well stocked. Only down side was the internet was a bit slow when watching TV. Otherwise loved this place.

Everything went well! My father who is 81+ was very happy with the fairly zero entry (one/two steps) accessibility. The view was great and access to trails for the rest of the family is close (short car drive). If you take bikes or need a spacious park with lots of kids activities Lake Atalanta is a must. Thank you to our hosts!

Loved the home. It was absolutely perfect for our 3 families with all the kids being able to stay together in their own bunk room. I was surprised at the amount of seating in the living room, and also the two separate tables for eating made it a perfect set up. The tree swing was an absolute favorite of the kids. There was plenty of room to run around in the back yard.
We will be back!

Property very clean and well kept up. Property more spacious that expected. Great weekend getaway!
Beware of driveway with car or van. Very hard to get in and out of driveway without scraping and potential damage to the underneath of the vehicle.

This house was perfect for our group ages ranging from 49 to 8. The house was so spacious with room to play games and gather. Very clean and cute but not so new we were afraid to let the kids be kids. The dock was perfect. And the 2 doe and 3 baby deer were a pleasure to watch every morning. We will definitely be back next year!!!

This property is nice and the house has several places to sleep and a nice, big living room for everyone to gather! The property and house needs some love and attention paid to it. It’s dated and has an “old” smell to it when you walk in the door. All things that I’m assuming are on the owner’s to-do list! Over all though, the house was clean and met our needs!

This house is perfect for a big group. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! After reading a review, I was worried about the bunk room. As it turned out, it wasn’t a problem at all. The bunk room has a door leading to the balcony. My group just used that door instead of walking thru the bedroom. The group was in their 20’s so it wasn’t a problem!
The golf cart saved us all. It wasn’t the worst walk I’ve ever had at a house on Beaver lake but it was steep at some points! I just really can’t think of one bad thing about the house. The owner is awesome to work with. I would stay here again for sure!!! We had a wonderful time.

The house is great for family gatherings. The lake is close and the dock is wonderful. We used the golf cart to tote most people up and down. The walk is steep and in our case, muddy so most rode up & down. The kitchen is well stocked & the living area is large enough for everyone to hang and visit. The covered patio is a great addition to the back of the house that you can use even when it is raining. We loved our stay. The only thing not clear on the listing is the bunk room is only entered through the 2 of the bedrooms. So that is something to note in case you did like us and had a family in the bunk room. They had to walk through master or 2 double bed room. Not a deal breaker, just noteworthy. The house is a great location and big! Perfect weekend at the lake for our large, loud family.

We had 8 adult males stay at the house for 5 days and it was exactly what we needed. Each person had their own bed and we never felt crowded. We spent a lot of time on the deck and at the dock. The dock is a decent walk from the house, but there's a golf cart on-site for those who want to use it. We swam and kayaked around the cove, which is very calm, and quiet and had little boat traffic. I'd highly recommend the property to a large group of folks who want to spend time at the lake.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was labeled so it made it super easy to find things. Also was a great bonus to have a golf cart to go back and forth to the dock.
We would definitely stay there again.

The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The covered porch was great to sit on to enjoy the evenings. Family room is far enough away from the bedrooms that we could put our 2 and 3 year olds to bed and not bother them. The house is close to war eagle caverns and a public beach, which was perfect for our trip!

Lots of space for family of 12. Great location and loved having access to dock. The bunk room was large and great for kids but our group did not spend much time in it because couldn't get television to work and the window a/c did not keep it cool enough - some of our group ended up sleeping on couches because of it. Overall, we had a nice stay.

We stayed here with our youth group for the weekend and it was so relaxing and we were pleasantly surprised with how much room we had! The backyard was plenty big enough for outdoor games and the inside had a HUGE living room area with a big fireplace. It was close to various hiking trails as well. The kids are already planning our next trip out when it’s warmer! Holly was very responsive and pleasant to work with! Thank you!

The gathering place was the perfect place for our couples getaway. The house was large enough to accommodate the 12 of us that stayed. We had plenty of space and everything we needed for the weekend was provided. Communication with the owner was great and we would definitely stay again!
