Beautiful new home resting high in the trees in perfect harmony with nature, relax on our very high deck with hot tub and treetop view. Beautifully arranged with trendy furnishings, 3 bedroom that sleeps 12. Close to bicycle trails, museums, live music, shops, restaurants, movie theater, bicycle shops, night life, farmers market (in summer), churches etc.

Our home has Alternating Tread Stairs, the steps on an alter-design are made to suit only one foot at a time. Children may not the ability to alternate their feet properly and maintain stability like adults. The reduced footprint and on the removed half on alternating treads make it steeper than standard stairs. It's a little more difficult to climb the stairs and has a higher chance of miss stepping when descending.

Should we ask for a drivers license, credit or debit card please supply that information before check-in.

Our experience at the Above the Tree House was outstanding! The home, location, and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The accommodations for our kids and the fun loft area made our time off the bike trials so much more enjoyable.

The place is fantastic! Unfortunately, we’ve had some billing issues with VRBO. We have followed up with VRBO and supplied the requested information multiple times and they have just ignored us. I have rated the property is five stars across all categories because it deserves it! That being said the overall experience includes the aspect of VRBO, which is probably been a one star process.
