The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just kept telling me that it's after 11. I asked her to shut the door and reiterated that I wasn't dressed, which she could SEE since she opened the door. Eventually, I had to walk over to the door and shut it. And then she yelled, "Did you call the front desk??" and I let her know I had. I tried to tell the person at the front desk when I went to check out, but he he was on the phone the whole time. Honestly, it was absolutely mortifying. I'm not a difficult person at all, but I can't picture ever going back there.
