This newly renovated home is ideally located and thoughtfully furnished with your enjoyment in mind. B Street Bungalow has something for everyone looking to visit and enjoy all the area's fun.

Spend the day riding the award-winning mountain bike trails, then come home and unwind with a good meal made in the well-equipped kitchen, or flip some burgers on the grill in the enclosed backyard. Sit back and relax around the firepit and enjoy some stargazing. For even more entertainment, step into the game room and enjoy a friendly game of air hockey or lounge on the comfy sofa.

If you're looking to step out for a bite to eat, you won't have to go far. The B Street Bungalow is located near some pretty great restaurants and coffee shops.

If you’re an avid mountain biker, we’ve got you covered. The house comes with secure bike storage and a bike wash station. Not to mention you can bike in and out from the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay with two kids (ages 9 and 12) and a dog. Just blocks away from Crystal Bridges and Main Street. We rode our bikes everywhere. House is small but very clean and fully stocked. Would definitely stay there again!

Loved the back yard and proximity to trails and downtown. I contacted Vacasa with a few issues. Mainly minor but were a concern. I do think the rugs and living room furniture need cleaning or replaced. Very stained and dirty. Over all we’d stay here again.

Our stay was beyond expectations. The place was just the right size, included everything we needed, was very clean, and in a great location. We were able to bike everywhere and the mountain bike trails were not very far away. Love historic Bentonville and the surrounding region. We look forward to coming back and staying here.

Clean, Convenient & Charming

B Street Bungalow is situated in my favorite area of downtown Bentonville, within walking distance to downtown (bagels, pizza and barbecue), and in another direction, Crepes Paulette (breakfast or dessert). It was immaculately clean and attractively staged, without the overabundance of knickknacks that many rental properties display (although still too many pillows and throws). The yard was heaven for my two dogs and the fire pit was a nice addition. There is a separate building in the backyard that could serve as a third bedroom. It is currently furnished as a game room and has a small sofa. An inflatable mattress could be installed in this room to use it as a third bedroom. It has an AC unit and a small refrigerator, but no bathroom. As a couple, we didn’t use this room, but looked in the floor to ceiling windows that overlook the backyard and fire pit. The house itself is SMALL, and could benefit from some restaging. Instead of an ‘L’ shaped oversize sofa, it would really benefit from a small dining table against the side wall and a smaller sofa (or two comfortable chairs). The breakfast counter is not really large enough to be multi-functional, especially with an adult and children, and the house has no other place for a laptop set up. The second bedroom has a stacked bed, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. I’m sure kids will be thrilled with this, but as an adult, I found the lower, full mattress too thin, the pillows were like rocks, and the metal bed fra

Cute home in great location

Perfect home for our family and the fenced-in backyard was a huge plus for our dog. Clean, well kept and upgraded appliances. Close to everything and within walking distance to many of the restaurants, bars and attractions. Check-in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute house for families

Overall my stay was good at this home in Bentonville. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you could need to cook while you were there. The bedroom had room darkening curtains which was great to block out the light from the street lamp out front. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location for everything in the heart of Bentonville. I was not able to connect to the WiFi with the instructions provided even though the router was working. The property manager wanted to have someone come by which I felt was unnecessary as the router was working and the TV connected as well. I believe it was an error on their end with the login provided. Also, while the majority of the house was clean the shower curtain and tile in the shower had clearly not been cleaned properly for some time.

Great home near downtown Bentonville but poor property management company

This is a lovely, well kept home with great proximity to downtown Bentonville. However, our issue is with Vacasa, the property management company. On Sunday after check in, we realized there was an issue with the Wi-Fi and living room television. We reached out to Vacasa and were told someone would be out Monday to correct the issue. This never happened! Several texts were sent to Vacasa and they would never confirm when the issue was going to be fixed and as of check out this morning the living room tv is still not connected to Wi-Fi and functioning correctly. Would have loved to watch tv with my family in the evenings after a long day on the trails. Poor customer service!

Perfect spot in Bentonville!

This house was perfect for us. Loved sitting on the front porch to enjoy some coffee or wine. The location was great, so easy to bike or walk anywhere. There was still cleanup happening around town from the storm so some trails were closed but we'll go back again so we can check them out. The house had everything one would need if cooking your own meals. Everything was clean and the other building in the back was great. We were able to store our bikes in there and it was nice to have the air pump and tools available had we needed them. We loved having so many great places nearby, Crepes Paulette, Danger Dave's and Ramo Wine Bar to name a few. Can't wait for the next trip!
