Bentonville Bike Fest work & play
It was our first time to Bentonville and was looking for a convenient place to stay near the venue for the Bentonville Bike Festival. Not only were we close but was in a nice friendly neighborhood. Downtown was not far and access to grocery stores and other needs were very convenient. The house was nice, clean and suited all of our groups needs. We cooked and ate in for most meals which was nice after the long days. It was good to have access to the garage as a work space. We will definitely be back next year!

MTB homebase
This Bentonville home was a great home base for our spring break mountain biking trip. The home was clean, comfortable and nicely located within biking distance as stated. We certainly would consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in Bentonville.

Great location for Mountain Bike trip
My husband, dog and I stayed the week of Thanksgiving for a mountain bike adventure. We loved peddling from the house right to the Coler trails. We drove to Slaughter Pen trails one day too—very short drive to some great trails. My brother flew into XNA airport to join us for Thanksgiving which was also a very short drive. We only needed to contact the hostess once, to let her know my brother was joining, and she was very quick to respond. We didn’t have any issues.

Lovely house
The house is lovely and so nicely decorated. We ended up being a group of 6 with my daughter's dog; plenty of sleeping space and nice yard for doggie. Everyone was also very comfortable just hanging out...loved the gas fireplace (but we did have to get the hang of starting it).The house just feels warm and inviting. All of the beds were comfortable. Both kinds of coffee makers were nice for us because that's what we have at home. Plenty of towels for everyone. We didn't ever have to contact the owner, because everything was in order. A wonderful stay!
