Perfect for girls weekend

As described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, very spacious. Great location, easy walking downtown and around neighborhood. Really nice having a garage - we were there under tornado and hail warnings!

We had 2 families of 5 staying here and it was perfect. the layout was nice and open with plenty of space. Location is within walking distance to downtown and quick access to the biking trails. Would highly recommend this place.

Convenient location; beautiful home

Very clean household that comfortably fit my extended family over the holidays. Convenient location to "the Square" and Crystal Bridges. Sufficient space to spend time together, but each couple also had their own private space with bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for the family

Great house! Nice amenities, clean, and appreciate being welcomed with wine and granola bars. Teenagers felt like beds in bunk room were not very comfortable and needed a few items replenished like dish detergent, gas propane for grill, and light bulbs in downstairs bathroom and closet, but other than that, all good. Great place. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Big Sugar Classic 2023

We were in town for the Big Sugar Cycling event. This property was perfectly located, about 1 mile straight north of the start/finish line on Main Street at the Bentonville Square. We walked to crystal bridges in 20 minutes, the Amazeum is nearby, and of course--you are footsteps away from all the walking/cycling trails you could ask for. The house has a beautiful and super comfortable interior. Garage included a ping pong table, and we grilled burgers in the spacious backyard using the propane grill. Absolutely 10/10 stay and will be definitely looking to book this home again next year! Thanks y'all so much!

Clean and Spacious

This is a very clean and comfortable room. It is nicely decorated. Plenty of space for our family and close to everything fun to do in bentonville. I know many people do not cook full meals in vrbos but we do so a good kitchen is important to us. The kitchen is clean and modern but is missing some supplies for making full meals. There are limited pans, no large skillet, not many bowls and the wine glasses are too tall for the cabinets so they were just laying in there (highly recommend stemless!) the stove burners do not light evenly and are hard to work. Otherwise we had a good stay and would recommend this property!

‘Successful Stay in The Session’

Found everything to be as described with ample supplies (example: coffee machine with both fresh coffee for a pot or single serve pods), clean, cozy & very spacious! Perfect location as Bentonville continues its ever expanding growth. Easily accessible via walk or bike to the square to enjoy an array of food, shopping, entertainment.l & local neighborhood market! While there is always room for improvement, there is current home/townhome building & remodeling going on extensively in the area which restricts rear access to one-way! The double garage & driveway provide plenty of parking & looks as if entrance construction should be finalized & opened fairly soon. When we initially pulled up, we noticed a lack of landscape maintenance, i.e. the yard needed to be mowed, etc. Overall, we were very pleased & look forward to rebooking in the near future! Summary: Book today as you won’t be disappointed & be happy you did! Thanks!
