Bentonville destinations, such as Applegate Trail, Downtown Bentonville, and Coler Mountain
Bike Preserve.

The Space:
Living room: Includes a spacious couch, smart TV, and board games.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with a dinner table and pull-out benches.

Bedroom 1: Includes a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, built-in workspace, walk-in
shower in the connected bathroom, and smart TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed and smart TV.

Bedroom 3: Full-sized bed with a twin trundle and TV.

Outdoors: Features a fenced-in backyard, a patio with furniture, and a gas grill.

Parking: Onsite parking for up to 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire house, including the back patio and yard. The address and a
keypad code are given on the check-in day

Three Weeks at the Trailhead

My husband and I stayed for three weeks at the Trailhead with our dog. The property is conveniently located and it has a nice big fully fenced back yard which was great for our needs. Overall this is a basic place with no frills. The linens and some of the furniture are in need of a refresh but I think this property would be fine for larger groups or shorter stays
