Ferienwohnung Benz/Usedom

The rustic holiday apartment for up to 4 people is located in a separate outbuilding on the owner's 1,500 m² residential property in a central yet quiet location. It is equipped with a combined living/sleeping room (double couch, upholstered furniture, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed, 2 bunks for children), kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, various kitchen appliances) and shower/WC. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children and the apartment has no heating. There is an electric heater in the bathroom. An additional mobile heater can be provided on request for a fee. A furnished terrace, barbecue, car parking space and WiFi are also available.

The total holiday price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity and water costs. To be paid on site: Mobile heater (if required) 10 EUR/one-time/stay. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Benz, the village surrounded by wooded hills on the Schmollensee, is one of the most beautiful villages on the island of Usedom. Attractions include St Peter's Church and the Dutch windmill, which can be visited. There are restaurants in the village and good fishing opportunities at Schmollensee. The Achterwasser with its bathing beach is approx. 2 km away, the Baltic Sea beach (Bansin seaside resort) approx. 6 km and a golf course approx. 4 km.
