Bon séjour, belle propriété, bien situé, mais pourquoi ne pas au dire client qu il y une réception sur place Nous avons eu plusieurs mauvais numéros de téléphones et était dans l inquiétude de ne pas avoir les clés à l arrivée La taxe de séjour n est pas bonne, 2€ au lieu de 1€50

Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft. Besteck, Geschirr, scharfe Messer nur in geringer Anzahl vorhanden. Ansonsten war es sehr schön!

Belle maison lumineuse, propre et moderne. Bien équipée (manque seulement un sèche cheveux) et fonctionnelle. Agréable dans l ensemble. Seuls points noirs : la proximité de la route (on voit passer les voitures devant les fenêtres et on entend leur bruit quand on est sur la terrasse) et le jardin commun avec les voisins (aucune séparation qui permette d avoir un espace privatif ou de lâcher les chiens). Suggestions : en plus du sèche cheveux, la possibilité d avoir Canal Plus ou Netflix serait appréciable, au prix que coûte la location (610 euros pour 2 nuits) Merci

Prachtig huisje, mooi nieuw, ruim en verzorgd. Vinden niet meer van deze tijd dat er in een huisje geen WiFi is. Tuin was anders dan in de beschrijving huis stond direct aan een druk kruispunt (niet veilig voor kleine kinderen) en je zit erg te kijk. We werden vriendenlijk ontvangen en goed geholpen.

Bij aankomst kregen we ook uitleg over wat leuk was om te zien in de omgeving , over restaurantjes ed We ontdekten dat we een ander huisje dan in de omschrijving stond hadden gekregen. We zouden een geschakeld huis krijgen (met 2 badkamers), maar kregen een vrijstaand huisje (met 1 badkamer). Het was een heel nieuw huisje, mooi ingericht en netjes. Echter was hier geen wifi ontvangst, wat wel in de beschrijving stond. Ook ontbraken enkele spullen in het huisje die wel in de omschrijving stonden, zoals dvd speler/stereo, tuinmeubelset etc. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie en dezelfde avond kregen we de betreffende spullen. Goede service!

Het huis is prachtig ruim en de omheinde tuin voor de hond perfect, maar niet meer dan dat. Voor deze prijs hadden we meer service of extra's verwacht zoals bijv. 's morgens verse broodjes aan huis of een vrijpas voor zwembad in de buurt oid. Voor het strand moet je nog wel een stuk lopen maar voor de auto zijn er op zich ook wel genoeg parkeerplekken nabij het strand.

Berck sur Mer is een mooie omgeving waar veel te doen is. Een groot strand, mooie natuur en veel historische plaatsen. Leuke marktjes in de omgeving en veel winkel mogelijkheden. We waren al een aantal malen in deze omgeving geweest en het beviel ons goed. Jammer dat het park tegenviel. Bij aankomst wordt nog €135, gevraagd voor service- en schoonmaakkosten. Service was er verder nauwelijks en het huisje was alles behalve netjes en schoon. Je moet eerst boos worden voordat er wat gedaan wordt en je houdt er het gevoel aan over lastig te zijn. Vies servies dat eerst de vaatwasser in moet voordat je het kan gebruiken. Kapotte kast, rolluiken die niet werken, broodrooster dat gesmolten is. Vieze vloer en keukenkastjes. Hondenpoep in de tuin. Trapbekleding dat los ligt. Een brandalarm dat afgaat laat op de avond omdat de batterij leeg is. De eigenaar laten komen en die zorgde, met veel gezucht en gesteun, dat het in orde kwam. Toen het tweede brandalarm af ging moesten we maar hopen dat het snel ophield. Het was al laat ...……. Bij een van de slaapkamers kon de deur niet dicht, omdat het bed in de weg stond. Zelf de slaapkamer heringericht en de deur kon dicht. De huisjes waren zeker ruim en lux ingericht. Daar lag het zeker niet aan. Het park ziet er verder netjes uit, maar is duidelijk nog in aanbouw. Onze verwachtingen waren hoog toen we aankwamen. Jammer dat het tegen viel, het park heeft zeker potentie.

Comfortable and clean. Main bedroom layout doesn’t work well and kitchen layout is bit awkward too but aside these 2 points it’s a lovely house on a nice complex, which is still relatively new and needs to mature abit.

The house was nice and modern

First of all the front door lock didn’t work so we couldn’t get in to the house. We had to wait for the back door keys. This for me was a really fire hazard that we couldn’t get out the front door. We eventually learnt there was a certain way you needed to open it but was not the easiest. When we arrived the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There was a horrible smell in the kitchen around the sink, not sure if this was the water. Also we should of had WiFi included but both myself and my husband could not pick up any WiFi.

Maison neuve et très agréable au coeur du domaine (très calme), jolie décoration, volets et stores pour l'intimité, bien équipée. Notre séjour (3 couples) fut excellent. Un seul petit bémol... Dans la mesure où le ménage de fin de séjour est obligatoire et payable en supplément, il serait bon d'exercer une surveillance à ce niveau: vitre très salle dans la chambre du rez, sable sur le sol dans la pièce de rangement (mini garage), rouge à lèvres sur certaines tasses. Il manque un peu de vigilance dans ce domaine pour mériter la 5ème étoile...

Pas que des bonnes surprises !

Première mauvaise surprise : pour avoir la clé, il faut débourser 135 € de "frais de service" ! Ensuite, pas de cadeau d’accueil comme indiqué sur le site, ni de possibilité d'avoir un petit-déjeuner, puis la serrure fonctionne difficilement, alors que le logement est neuf, et enfin, nous avons trouvé des cendres de cigarettes dans un bol, ... le chauffe-eau ne fonctionnait pas, mais la dame de l'accueil est vite intervenue. ... Sinon, la maison est très agréable, bien conçue et disposant d'une VMC qui rafraichi bien la journée.
