「First of all, the store didn't let me stay, and I didn't want a refund. Second: I was not allowed to go upstairs. Third: Expedia customer service only has intelligent customer service. It said that it would be communicated for two hours, and I waited downstairs for three hours. As a result, I changed to another hotel.」
