Communication insuffisante de l'hôtel

Proche de la ville et de l'autoroute, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner ne correspond pas, et de loin, à ceux qui sont servis dans des établissements comparables : 1 jus de fruit, 2 paquets de 2 biscuits, 1 paquet de 2 biscottes, des sachets de thé et de café soluble (voir photo). Les places de parking réservé à l'hôtel sont cachées par la végétations (2 photos) ce qui m'a fait occuper une place réservée, génant ainsi la personne qui l'occupe.

Nöjd kund

Flygplatsnära hotel med enkel självincheckning med dörrkod. Vi hade en trebäddsrum som var bekväm, ren och bra med utrymme/planlösning. Frukosten var bättre än vad jag trodde och tillräcklig i sin enkelhet. Servicen väldigt vänlig och kommunikation med boendet otrolig snabb och bra. Vi kan lätt tänka oss att återvända.

La struttura ha un'ottima posizione per chi deve recarsi in aeroporto o in fiera, è pulita e l'appartamento è dotato di tutto ma purtroppo i letti sono molto scomodi e la struttura rumorosa sia internamente per un impianto elettrico che emette ticchettii continui sia esternamente perché si è di fronte ad una strada trafficata. Purtroppo non ci tornerei nonostante la gentilezza della proprietaria. Spero sistemino questi difetti al più presto. Infine abbiamo trovato il necessario per la colazione all'interno del locale e ce la siamo dovuti preparare noi. Nessun problema ma era descritta a buffet e sembrava pronta e servita. Sarebbe giusto specificare il tutto anche se i prodotti lasciatici erano tanti e buoni.

Bra boende

Mycket trevligt boende med bra service nära flygplatsen. Allt fungerade perfekt med koder och komma in genom grinden mitt i natten. Fin utsikt över Bergamo från vår lägenhet. Frukost ok om man bara bor en natt och inte vill leta egen affär för att fixa det.

B&B in campagna vicino ad aeroporto

Siamo stati una notte prima di un volo presto la mattina seguente. Il B&B si trova in un tranquillo e moderno complesso di ville a schiera a pochi minuti di auto dall’aeroporto. Accoglienza efficiente e cortese. In pochi minuti abbiamo avuto tutte le indicazioni necessarie, incluso un ottimo indirizzo dove cenare nelle vicinanze. Camera spaziosa, pulita, arredata con gusto.

Ottima struttura

Struttura moderna, non lontana dall’aeroporto e dalla città. Ottima accoglienza. Noi avevamo la tripla ed era spaziosa. Alla struttura si accede con un codice numerico situato al cancello ed alla propria porta della camera. È compresa anche la colazione. Da ritornarci !!

Super alternativ til endnu et lufthavnshotel...

Vi brugte dette til en overnatning efter en sen landing i Bergamo og fortsatte dagen efter mod skisportsområderne i Dolomitterne. Trods den sene ankomst (23.00) tilbød ejeren at hente os i lufthavenen og kørte os retur dagen efter, for at vi kunne hente vores udlejningsbil. Lejligheden er spændende i 2 plan og med "et hemmeligt" legerum på hemsen. Meget rent og pænt, og god kommunikation og opfølgning i hele processen.

Close to airport.

The Inn is a little out of the way of restaurants and quite a way from the Bergamo city and access to cabs. However Marta collected us from the airport and very kindly drove us back next morning for our flight. It is not far from the airport. The bed in our room was too soft for our liking, but could suit others. Breakfast was basic but sufficient.

Tutto bene in generale. Qualche difficoltà sul riscaldamento nel far partire il tutto. Consiglio all’amministrazione della proprietà essendo un riscaldamento a pavimento di segnalare il funzionamento e impostazione poiché ci mette un po’ a riscaldare l ambiente se spento. Oppure può essere stata una svista. Comunque tutto poi sistemato.

A great choice

We chose Bombyx Inn do to its proximity to the airport. But it turned out to be fantastic especially due to Marta, so kind, generous, dependable, literally going out of her way to pick us up from the train, ordering food and setting a cozy table, then the next morning after an early breakfast, driving us to the airport. A wonderful end to a lovely trip to Italy. We shall return and spend more time in Bergamo!

Nice apartment / good stay

We thought the apartment is very clean and cozy. Everything is there. I had to shout out that Marta is extremely helpful and polite. She offered to pick us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station and even ordered food for us (we didn't have car). She replied / accommodated our request even in the last minute. She is superb! We had good experience.
