“Nice place to stay.. just doesn't cool off to well in the evenings, lack of cutlery for the kitchen, the amazon fire stick in the livingroom didn't work at all. Aside from that.. it was a nice little weekend away and we enjoyed ourselves.”

“We booked this for a guy weekend for my son who just graduated high school. Him and his friends enjoyed every moment of it. The grounds had many different activities to do and it was perfect. Lots of places to sit, relax, and take in the view. I loved how we were able to have some people over and just hang out. Definitely worth renting again. The boys had such a wonderful time that they want to book it again for a guys retreat! Sandy and Bob were wonderful! And so were their two precious dogs,……

“ First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting. The closeness to the river was very relaxing and the property very well kept. We did not use the restaurant on site but a nice touch. The things I noticed it could use; the back door deadbolt did not work. There wasn’t tissues or paper towels for use. The bed comforters are too heavy for summertime use. My husband and I both had trouble……

“The door stuck so it was extremely hard to get in to. However the room was nice and clean. It was in a good location. ”

“I came here with some friends to celebrate my birthday. We really enjoyed feeding the deer (deer corn was provided) and some would even eat from your hand. The house has amazing views and is close to Comal park for swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again!”

“This was a good property right on Canyon Lake. The best parts were the beautiful view and massive deck. Downsides included check-in/communication (property manager required a picture of ID and credit card that could be sent only by text) and minimal stocking of items (2 Rolle of TP per bathroom, 2 paper towels, 2 trash bags, no dish soap, no salt/pepper). I'd be happy to pay a small amount more, but don't want to have to worry about these items and purchase them in bulk.”
