“Was not quite what I expected. Located literally in a mountain pass with traffic driving past. The room doesnt have a fridge. It has a cooler but what good is that if you want to pack some items of your own to stay properly cold. You are given a kitchen sink in your room. A microwave would also be a good option. For what you pay to stay, it is not worth it. The restaurant has a limited menu. The location is remote and far from any shops. There is a Spar in Citrusdal, a 10 minute drive away.……

“Lovely studio apartment right on the beach with fantastic views. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful. The only slight disappointment was that the pool didn’t appear to be cleaned during our 4 night stay. There was an automatic cleaner but due to the proximity to the sand the pool really could have done with a good manual clean. ”

“We loved this place! The ocean view from our room was spectacular. We checked out a few other places in town that are more expensive and the view from the Linhof is the best! Breakfast was excellent. Shirley, the manager who runs this place, merits special mention. She helped us get our bags upstairs, served us our breakfast and always had a smile and a kind word. We will definitely return.”

“We loved our little chalet which was really comfortable and immaculately clean . It was a little hot even with the air con on but the outside temperature was over 40 degrees which is very unusual . The food in the restaurant is great and the pool area is nice . There are tame deer who are really sweet and hang around the chalets in the morning .
