「Absolutely loved this place! If ever in the area again, will 100% book again! Sitting by the pond watching all the fish was so relaxing」

「Absolutely adorable, perfect location and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend and maybe if you’re lucky you’ll meet the little black cat who visited us!!」

「With bedrooms and sitting rooms on 3 floors, our 3-generation family enjoyed having space to gather together as well as space for time apart. The decks allowed for additional places to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Lake access was great for swimming and kayaking.」

「Property was fantastic and loved seeing the deer in the yard everyday! We did have to find a local laundromat, as I'd booked for one week, erroneously thinking it had a washer/dryer. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!」

「Fantastic location and nice space.」

「The property was absolutely beautiful. The view of the lake was so pretty. Communication with the host was wonderful very informative. Very cozy and the house was beautiful inside.」

「My husband and I went for a short trip. The communication was great and the house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the hot tub checking out the amazing view.」

「Our family was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was perfect for the nearby venue. It had everything we needed plus more. We definitely will return.」

「What a fun and inspiring experience! Easy to find and located in the country, you get the full experience of being on a horse ranch. Michelle and her team were so welcoming and allowed us to interact with the horses and other animals on the property as much as we wanted. The little house we stayed in was private, comfortable and well cared for.」

「Loved this home - cozy, well-appointed and had good coffee and amenities. The front porch swing and proximity to the CO trail really added to its charm. I would definitely return to the Cottage!」

「Perfect location! We love to walk everywhere we can and explore and from the house you can get to lower town Harpers Ferry and all the little restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops along the way. The recommendations provided were all great and Snallygasters across the street, Rabbit Hole, Bolivar Bread Bakery, and Epigram Coffee (don’t forget the pastries) were all amazing. Harpers Ferry is just an overall friendly town and even more pet friendly everywhere!! House was all we needed for a nice...

「The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience.」

「The house and the view are beautiful! Everything was clean and so cute. From the wall paper to the curtains you can tell they really put a lot of thought into the details and design of this rental. Check in and out was extremely easy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The house is about 12 minutes from town. If you are staying through the week don’t expect to find many places open. That was something we weren’t expecting but we did find some great food. Highly recommend Tony’s Butcher...

「Very pretty and confortable. There are lots of nice touches. We enjoyed the hot tub and the woodsy view. We'll try the fire pit next time!」
