"Evergreen" Private, creek-side escape
Creekside Cabin offers the perfect private escape just outside Berkeley Springs, WV, and less than a mile from Cacapon State Park. This cozy retreat features an open-concept living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms with 1.5 baths.
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful beauty of 5 wooded acres with a serene creek, a screened-in porch for relaxing, a BBQ grill for outdoor meals, and a campfire area for starlit evenings. Experience the perfect blend of comfort, nature, and privacy—ideal for a quiet getaway or outdoor adventure.
All area's are located on the main level
Main level area offers:
2 Full bedrooms
-Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed and an attached half bath
-Bedroom 2 has a set of bunk beds (lower level bunk offers a double bed and top level offers a single bed)
-Full bathroom with a stand up shower
-Full living room with a sleep sofa as well which can accommodate 2 guests
-Kitchen is fully equipped with supplies

-Screened in porch
-Firepit situated along the creek-side at the cabin

*Pets must be leashed when outdoors. There is a leash law in Morgan County.

*No daily housekeeping unless prior request and payment received; washer & dryer available
*Septic systems: Our septic systems are fragile, items such as feminine products, paper towels, excess toilet paper, or anything else that does not belong in a toilet can cause a backup in the system. Additional charges will apply in the event you cause a clogged toilet.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT WILL APPLY IF ISSUES BELOW ARRISE: (please read the rental agreement in full to see all details)
- $500 - smoking inside and/or smoking debris left outside for cleanup.
- $100 - moved/relocated furniture.
- $450 - frozen/locked HVAC unit (caused when the thermostat is lower than 68°F in the summer months and higher than 75°F in the winter months).
-$200 - Trash issues.
-$250 - Hot Tub issues caused by guests
- $90 - each clogged toilet.
