The Space:

Our family-friendly cabin is packed with amenities and fun for couples, families or small groups of friends.



The cabin includes:

- Outdoor hot tub perfect for relaxing

- 3 bedrooms: two with queen beds one with a set of twin bunk beds

- Fully-stocked kitchen with stove/oven and microwave

- Wood stove to keep you cozy at night (plus baseboard heaters if you want to keep things easy)



Outside the cabin, we also have:

- Outside fire pit with seating for the whole gang

- Our cabin has private access to a large community pond, just a quick 5 minute walk from the cabin. It’s stocked with fish, and has several picnic tables there as well – perfect for a picnic on a sunny day!



Pet Policy:

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).



House Rules Super Neighbor Policy:

Due to County and HOA regulations, the following are additional rules that must be adhered to:

- Occupancy is 8 and absolutely no additional people are allowed on the premises. As this implies, absolutely no events or large gatherings

- Parking is in the Driveway only (No Street Parking)

- Noise ordinances must be obeyed from 10pm-8am (respectful voice and music levels both inside and outside the property at these times)

- The posted speed limit

- There must be no loose trash in the yard (it can blow into neighbors yards or attract bears and other pests)

Any and each violation will be met with $200 fine, as relates to County and HOA rules and regulations.

Please note: this property is located in a mountainous area, which means the roads leading to the home may be gravel and uneven in places. While most vehicles can access the property without issue, guests should be prepared for winding terrain and slower driving conditions—especially after rain or during winter months. We recommend using a vehicle with good ground clearance for added comfort. Embrace the adventure—this scenic setting is part of what makes your mountain escape so special!



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!



Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close to Berkeley Springs (a 20 min drive away). Berkeley Springs has been voted one of the top arts communities in the US, and has fantastic breweries, restaurants, and shops for you to enjoy!
