“The space was perfect and had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Instructions for checking into the space were easy to follow. It was within short walking distance of a lot of things and a short drive to several beach/hiking parks. This worked really well for two people and I can see it working for a group of 4 with the loft area (we did not use) and the pull out couch in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and I was able to make morning coffee with the items stocked.……

“First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review.
The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small.
Everything is dusty and gross. Sheets had holes in them and……

“The furniture was comfortable and clean, and we loved the beds. We especially loved all the mirrors, which made it easy for our family of four to get ready even though there is just one bathroom. The living room had plenty of seating. The property is centrally located in a clean, safe neighborhood. There is a neighborhood park and a Target just a few blocks away. The parking space provided is adjacent to the property, which is convenient. We enjoyed our stay.”
